"To say that we were delighted with out stay is an understatement. Debbi is the most wonderful host and the sweetest person. She took so much time to show us around and introduce us to the lovely animals. Our kids still talk about Spirit and the Mini horses all the time. And dont even get me started on the house! "We have enjoyed our stay here so much. The area is peaceful & serene, the layout of the house is great, and the hosts have provided everything needed (e.g. basic kitchen necessities such as salt & pepper or olive oil, dishwasher tablets, and a laundry pod, etc.). The bed is comfortable, the showers are excellent, and we love the open concept living room and kitchen. Big thanks for a truly comfortable stay- we will be sharing & recommending with family and friends for sure!  "

"Very private and very clean property. We encountered a small maintenence issue that was quickly addressed. The gentleman that came out was very prompt and friendly. The property iteself was super comfortable. If you like cooking the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. One thing that would have been nice is a full length mirror, which is a very minor thing. We will be looking for a reason to come back soon."

"Birdsong is an adorable cottage & perfect place for me to stay while in town for several weeks. We were lucky that the flowers on the property were blooming so it was extra pretty! The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! Marywinn was wonderful and easy to deal with, quick to communicate and I highly recommend her property if you're staying in Shelby! "

"From the pictures I thought this place would be spartan, but the space was very comfortable and cozy. The beds were more comfortable than they appear. It was nice for everyone to have their own space. I was afraid of bugs because I read about them from a past review, but the place was clean and completely bug-free. There was a lot of common space for eating together and playing group games.The location was beautiful!"
