"The property is a duplex. This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. "Clean house with plenty of space for what we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and polite. Was very close to the venue we were at for the weekend. Everything was convenient. Only thing I would say to make the property better would be to have more cooking utensils, and amenities in the kitchen."
