Peaceful
This was a great getaway from the city! The house is gorgeous and the views were amazing! We got to see huge herds of deer, explore the town, and just rest!

Secluded area in the mountains with beautiful views
The house was perfect for our group. Attached pool and hot tub were great to have. We had some issues with the water pump. Bill responded immediately and the problem was fixed right away. The day we were supposed to leave there was a winter storm warning and the roads were very bad. Bill offered to let us stay another day because he was concerned for our safety. He had the driveway cleared at least once/day during the heavy snows. I cannot emphasize enough how easy he was to contact and how helpful he was throughout our stay.

Wonderful mountain Escape
This property had everything we wanted and more, it was well away from anyone else, and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful oasis. The only real downside was the sauna did not work, but everything else more than made up for it.

Gem of a Place
Bill is a wonderful contact. Very responsive. The home is beautiful, plenty of space. The pool is always a ton of fun and the night sky is amazing. This is our second time staying at this location and it has ben amazing both times. Bill has made several upgrades since our first visit and all of them are appreciated and enjoyed.

Spectacular Colorado Trip

Spectacular
We were all so impressed with not just the property but the amazing views. The pictures on VRBO do not do this home justice. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Waking up and seeing snow capped mountains before even getting out of bed was so mesmerizing. If you are looking for a beautiful home to escape the busyness of life with your family, look no further. The property owner Bill is a super nice guy and will do anything he can to make your stay comfortable.

All expectations met
We stayed four days and enjoyed our stay with family. Great floor plan for large family or group. Ride ATV or motorcycles from home, feed chipmunks and enjoy the views especially stars at night. Only things we would improve are making sure there was toilet paper ( we had to go buy some ) and heat the pool a little warmer but this should not detract from reserving this property it was great.

The BACH
The house was so accommodating to everyone's needs! Everyone had time relaxing in the jacuzzi, pool, or hanging around in the living room playing games. We went into town one evening and the people of Del Norte as some of the nicest people around and very welcoming.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing mountain home
This house was so great, we had 8 adults, 2 kids, and a baby for the week in this place. It was so cozy, the pool/hot tub room was fantastic. The views were amazing. Pictures don’t do the place justice. The house was clean, came with robes and towels. Communication and check in were very easy. Highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again.

Great house, views and amenities
We loved the open floor plan, kitchen, dining room and living room. The kids and adults loved the pool, hot tub and the sauna. It was a blessing that we were all able to sit at the dining room table to eat and play games. The views were fabulous.

AMAZING PROPERTY
We had a total of 18 guests ranging from 1-55 years of age!! We enjoyed everything the property had to offer. We are planning a trip back! Bill was an excellent host!

Family Time
It was amazing! The kids loved the pool and the space. The adults also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The view were amazing in all directions. Kitchen is well equipped and very spacious.

Beautiful Property
Bill was a great host, and was very responsive. My family enjoyed our stay and all of the various amenities, especially the pool and hot tub which were so much fun. The views around the entire home were stunning as well.

The home is exceptionally large yet amazingly comfortable with different wings for separation of bedrooms and family members for privacy needs. Sweeping views of mountains and the horizon in all directions are truly exceptional with no light pollution for star gazing. Excellent family gathering home.

Beautiful Home & Property for Getaway Vacation!
This rental property is absolutely stunning! The property is very private on the crest of a ridge with views in all directions, but still close enough to town for supplies, activities or a meal out. The house is well built, with very spacious common areas (kitchen, dining, living area & decks) to be able to handle a large crowd of family & friends. The pool and hot tub are bonus amenities almost never found in a CO rental property. Owner Bill is friendly and was available and responsive as needed. We will definitely bring our group back next year!

Amazing property
This property was definitely worth the 16 hour drive from Minnesota. The kids spent most of the time in the pool, while us adults enjoyed the many decks and outdoor spaces. It's close enough to town to get essentials, but far enough away so you're secluded. Even the driveway was an adventure! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Bill’s property! We only left the house during the weekend because the pool was amazing. A great place for multiple families to stay. We celebrated my son’s 4th birthday here and he said it was the “best birthday ever”. Thank you Bill! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property
My sibling and I take our families to a rental house each summer for a getaway, and this has been our favorite house out of all that we have tried in the past years. The house itself was clean and spread out enough to give everyone space. The pool and hot tub made the experience even better, especially for the kids. The seclusion of the property made it a great choice for escaping the city. Bill was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to go back again.

Fantastic Home
Our family had an amazing time in Del Norte. It was the perfect getaway while attending a large family reunion in the area. This place allowed us to recharge ourselves at needed times, provide a place to gather and entertain when rainy for extended family, and anything and everything was provided and available. Our host even checked in with us on the pool/hot tub water level if more was needed! (It wasn’t!) So kind! We definitely would love to use this beautiful home again and recommend all large families to book it! Absolutely worth it! Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!!
This property is beautiful and very teen/kid friendly!! Had a problem with the jacuzzi, but contacted owner and he got right on it!! Very friendly on the phone and over text. The only thing I would complain about is, it needs shades or curtains in the master bedroom as the morning sun hits directly into room, but it got me up to see a spectacular morning sunrise and view. I would give this property 10 stars over all. Thank you!

Graduation get together was amazing
It was amazing! Worth every dollar spent. My eldest son and his 3 daughters came from Nebraska. My eldest daughter came from Texas with her 3 kids . We all met for the youngest daughters graduation from Del Norte highschool. Oh and myself and partner came from Arizona. There's swimming, in the pool lounging in the jacuzzi..go outdoors for a hike. It's so peaceful. Would definatly do it again.. Thanks to Bill Miller.

Fantastic Home in Del Norte
Can't say enough great things about this home. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. Despite cold temperatures outside, the pool was warm and pleasant. We spent the bulk of our time using the pool and hot tub. The master suite was beautiful and had a deck right off the bedroom to enjoy the stars and sunrises. The kitchen was large and well equipped, and the great room was spacious and comfy. If the weather was warmer, we would have spent more time on the patio. There are lots of outdoor sitting areas and spectacular views from every part of the house. The home is very private with few neighbors. We hope to visit again.

Best VRBO in Del Norte
This is truly a magical property. Our family goes back multiple generations in Del Norte and we never knew a property like this existed in Del Norte! We were in town for a family reunion / remembrance of life. Everyone was very impressed with the property and it was a perfect meeting location for everyone to gather, cook, and tell stories of our family. Bill was great and flexible when it came to booking as I had to change the date several times. The pool was a hit for my 6 year old niece and brought out the inner child in us cousins now in our 30's. All the adults loved the hot tub. Honestly everything about the property was great and we cannot wait to return. We wished we could of brought our dog but please do not request this as the managers of the property have allergies. Plus, sometimes its nice take a day off from being a furbaby parent. Down town is only a 10 minute drive back down the road. We enjoyed getting beer and pizza at the Three Barrel Brewing. Cant wait to book again! Thanks Bill!

Amazing stay!
My friends and I were blown away with how nice and beautiful this home is. Everything we would need for our stay was already at the house.
