"The property was beautiful and had a huge stretch of uninterrupted shoreline. The beach was gorgeous and made the stay. The pictures don’t show how much room there is to play and enjoy outside. There was no/limited drainage in the household. The upstairs shower didn’t drain and held water when taking a shower. The water is also very hard. Showering doesn’t seem to cleanse and leaves orange residue on your skin. This isn’t a problem at the neighboring property. Overall, the property was great and...

"The house was perfect for a weekend of winter adventure. Clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be going back! The only thing I can suggest is making the house numbers visible. We were not able to see them on the house (they might be somewhere under the snow) but it did take a minute to make sure we were in the right spot when we came in at night."

"It’s definitely a log cabin. It’s nicely furnished and decorated. But it’s not luxury. The master bedroom fan didn’t work. We tried to call but got no answer. Both fire tables on the deck were out of propane, one had been left on. The deck and back patio were dirty. They don’t appear to dust, sweep rake or weed. The door going out back was very dirty (blank on white). I get it, I have 3 boys - but a little effort goes a long way. These are basic things when you’re talking “luxury”. Directions...

"We chose Blue Harbor View for our accommodations on our first-ever visit to the UP, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and communication with our host, Susan, was outstanding from start to finish. We've stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this one stood out by providing so many thoughtful extras that others often overlook. "Our family of six enjoyed our stay at the M-28 house. It had plenty of space for everyone and we appreciated the little touches. It had lots of towels (a must for six people and lots of post-beach showers) and came stocked with plenty of ground coffee and coffee filters. The mudroom entrance was great to keep all our wet, sandy gear out of the main house. Thank you so much for being a great host and responding to my messages so promptly. You helped make this year’s trip to Marquette very...

Opiniones sobre hoteles destacados en Deerton

Landmark Inn

Landmark Inn

10/10 Excelente
"Great location in downtown Marquette, in a building from the early 20th century. The pub is great, with excellent food; it opens at 4 pm. There is no restaurant service before that time, but there are good options within walking distance, and my room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, so I made breakfasts there. There was no housekeeping during a one-week stay, which I liked, since I was working online most mornings. Staff provides towels, coffee, etc. on request. I enjoyed the view from the fifth floor, overlooking a neogothic church and the lower harbor."
