Very Peaceful
It was perfect for a secluded weekend get away! House was very clean and comfortably furnished! Absolutely loved the sustainability processes! As an added bonus we got to watch a Goose family and got fresh eggs!

Amazing place!!
This was our 2nd time staying here, and we loved it even more (though we didn't think it was possible)!! The owners, Bing and Karen, are WONDERFUL and kind people who truly made our time memorable! They were easy to reach and very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. Bing was even so kind as to take my son (he's almost 9) and I on a tour of the adorable little farm. My little city boy was so excited to be able to collect some eggs and see, interact with and even feed some of the animals! The cabin is beautiful and has all the essentials. All you really need to bring is clothing, food and fishing gear. My son loved fishing and caught lots of fish (17, but he wasn't counting or anything lol)! It's in a great location, with 2 very large lakes nearby as well. We can't wait to go back for our 3rd visit!!!

Relaxing stay away from the city
My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The cabin is very tidy and spotlessly clean. The property is beautiful. The owners of the property are exceedingly kind, and may allow you into the barn to see and maybe feed the animals. The cabin itself came stocked with coffee and fresh eggs from the chickens on property. The compost toilet was a great environmental touch. does not smell and you can't see in it unless your trying. It's really just like using a normal toilet that you don't need to flush. We will be returning at some point.

Great Quiet Nature Retreat
This cabin was excellent, it was quiet and clean. Firstly, my wife and I had a great time waking up to the calm of the country side watching the sun rise and set. Secondly, it was always a nice walk around the pond to visit the animals, who even friendly to strangers like us. Lastly, the location is just off the beaten path to relax without the a lot of traffic but close to everything it was easy to reach our sight seeing destinations.

Wonderful Stay
Very good contact with the property owners. Cabin is cute and has all the creature comforts of home. Pond is great for fishing. Property was peaceful, just what we were looking for. We hope to return someday.

Tranquility and love
It was completely awesome!!! The host we're friendly and respectful. The cabin was beautiful and the sunrise,sunset and pond are breathtaking views. I proposed to my girlfriend while nestled on the swing watching the sunset. Just an amazing place, an amazing weekend and we are definitely coming back in fall. 5 stars across the board!!!

Lovely, peaceful cabin
My husband and I were looking for a cabin not too far from our home in Pittsburgh, Pa to get away from our busy schedules for the weekend. The owners were great communicators, very friendly & offered to help with anything we needed. The cabin is very lovely, with thoughtful decorations, plenty of towels & blankets, coffee & tea fixings & fresh eggs. If we had more time, we would have loved to take the owners up on visiting the animals. I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing weekend to stay at this lovely, private cabin!

July 4th get away
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rental. It was close to both lakes we were looking to visit, Lake Berlin and Lake Milton. We went to a local town called Sebring to watch an amazing fireworks display and met some wonderful people. Back at the cabin we enjoyed the fire ring by the pond and some peace and quite.

Peaceful
Clean and new cabin next to a pond. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the country. The owners were wonderful and offered to show us when they fed their farm animals. Wineries, antique shops are close. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you again!

Restful Haven
Great getting away from hustle and bustle of life. Enjoyed everything except the composting toilet and smell of water (well) while showering. Also would prefer to have bed away from wall not pushed up against. No TV was a challenge for my husband but he kept busy catching fish All in all was a nice getaway. Hosts were very nice.

Great rural getaway
So beautiful to be on the farm in the great outdoors. Our hosts were super nice and gave us eggs from the farm and we really enjoyed seeing all the stars at night. The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for the two of us.
