"My experience at this hotel was disappointing. I chose it for one specific reason: the pool and spa, so I could enjoy some time with my 3-year-old son. But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. This crucial restriction, which should be clearly stated at the time of booking, completely undermined the purpose of our stay.
The rooms are basic and dated. The mattress was so soft it affected the quality of sleep, and the overall condition of the accommodation feels...
"The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc.
The w.c. was filthy in the bowl.
The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over
The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently.

"We had a great stay at Leno Villa as 2 couples wanting a short break to explore the local area. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, games around the dining table and the comfortable bedrooms. The house is well equipped and well placed for local trips into Manningtree, Flatford Mill (we kayaked from Constable Park, which is a 2 minute walk from the house!) and Dedham. A sign of a good stay is an eagerness to return and we’d be back in a flash! Thanks to Stef & Team :-)"

"Cuando llegue me dieron una habitación para discapacitados sin avisarme. Les pedí que me cambiaran y lo hicieron al siguiente día. Hubo también un error cuando cargaron el total de la reservación y aunque parece que regresaron ese monto a mi tarjeta, aún no lo veo reflejado. El hotel está lindo y el personal es amable pero honestamente esperaba más del hotel"
