Easy and comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay here- the host is very kind and responsive, not to mention the pretty view of the water! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The property is absolutely lovely and so cozy! Check-in was easy, everything you could possibly need for your stay. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We LOVED it here. We had ourselves and two sets of friends/couples come together from 3 different states here and we absolutely loved it here. Everything was so easy to find, the host was amazing before, during and after our stay. The view was fabulous. In fact we spent 99% of our time at the house on the covered/screened porch playing card games and just hanging out enjoying our trip and each other. It was absolutely an amazing trip and amazing location

The house was great and fully stocked with anything and everything you could need. The view over the river from the front screened in patio was amazing and Traci was super helpful and responsive for anything that we needed!If ever in this area again I will definitely be booking this house!

We had a wonderful time. Perfect location for us visiting family in Parsons,Decaturville. We arrived early reach out to Tracie was able to check in early. She answered right away. The view was amazing we loved the porch. Kids enjoyed a night of board games. Fun time! We will be back! Sure beats the area hotels!! Two thumbs up!

What a fantastic house!! We loved it here. Everything you need is in the house. The patio is fantastic. We spent most of our time enjoying the evening on the screened in patio. Close to several boat ramps for a day on KY lake. We will defiantly be back!!
