Wonderful and excellent hosts! Jordan & Shanté were absolutely fantastic to us and it really made our stay! They were more than patient responding so quickly when I had questions about parking because I didn’t read through their detailed instructions. All the info is there you just have to read it, lol. The apartment was perfect. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, great water pressure in the shower and the location was amazing. So many great restaurants in walking distance amd the area is soooo artsy! We loved the area so much. The murals and art installations were so cool. We finished every evening playing pool, ping pong, shuffle board, and jumping in the swimming pool. Then snuggling up to watch a movie in bed. We will be back! We loved it so much. Thank you!!!!

Great Two Bed/Two Bath Accommodations

Accommodations were perfect for two adults, two teens. It was great that both bedrooms had a private bath and tv. I appreciated having plenty of towels, that each sink had hand soap and that K-cups were provided for the coffee maker. Area was quiet, I felt safe walking the dog and several restaurants are within walkable distance.

Great Grandparents Home away from Home

We are first-time Grandparents visiting Atlanta. We enjoyed and had a lovely stay at your property for the week. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, and had a great walking location. You can see that Shante and Jordan take great pride in their property. and provide personal touches to make guests feel like they are at home. We also appreciate the simple check-in process.

Clean and communicative!

This was a very clean property in the heart of downtown Decatur. Check in instructions were very clear and the communication was excellent. The apartment is very thoughtfully decorated and I appreciated the coffee bar, Alexa connected to Apple Music. The placement of the lock to get the key fob is difficult and I communicated this with the host who acknowledged me. There is some building noise early in the morning as people leave for work through the hallway exit door which is by the bedroom wall- but I had to be up anyways so no big deal. There is also some road noise by the other bedroom which quiets during the night and with earplugs was not an issue.

Loved the unit and the property as a whole experience. Felt very safe there. And was very dog friendly! Will definitely be renting this one again. I have very bad allergies and wished there was a little less dust around. The unit may need a air filter.

Better than a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

We greatly enjoyed our first Vrbo. This property is in a great location to all ATL attractions and various places to eat. It was super clean and was exactly as it was shown in the pictures "very regal." Our two teens felt like they got a fancy adult room with their own full bathroom and large screen tv, while hubby and I got the same thing. Massage chairs in each room were a nice touch. We didn't get to use the amenities, but having a pool available and rooftop lounge was a nice bonus. We felt the neighborhood was safe and had secure parking. Super glad there was a washer and dryer (pods and fabric softener was provided) to make sure we didn't have to travel home with dirty clothes in our suitcases. Communication with the host was great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful Regal Noire -

Regal Noire is a lovely space, it provided us with all we needed- super CLEAN, the newest of everything . We love Decatur, lived there for many years and were delighted to be back. We have nothing bu high praise for the accomodations. We did not love the check-in process or the lack of signage in the apartment building. We communicated with the property manager, who was very helpful. simple things like labeling the parking pass and re-installing the lock box for the fob - which was in a very tight and dark situation that was extremely difficult to see and access. Address those small things and near perfection would be achieved!

Great stay

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and just as it looked online. Parking was super convenient and the location was very close to a lot of really good restaurants. The owners were very detailed in their communications and prompt in responding if I had a question. Everything went great!
