"Steps to Surfside's Beach and Pier was a pleasure. This was my first experience renting through VRBO. It was so nice to have our beds already made up and not having to bring linens or towels. The home was stocked with all our needs down to beach supplies as well. It was nice being able to take our granddog, Luna, also. Location was in walking distance to pier and restaurants too. Hope to be able to rent again in 2026!! "

"If I could give it more than a 5 star I would. I have stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for many years but never stayed in Heron Marsh. The property is shaded with beautiful live oaks. The screened in back porch that backed up to the marsh was my favorite place. The living spaces were large and very comfortable. Highly recommend!"
