Apartment very well located in Deauville, in the immediate vicinity of the Polo Club of Deauville. The SNCF train station is only a 4-minute walk away, the city centers of Deauville & Trouville are 10 minutes away, and the beaches are about a 15-minute walk away. Parking is free at the foot of the apartment.

Located on the 1st floor of our house, without vis-à-vis, in a quiet street with free parking (subject to availability), the apartment offers a comfortable setting.

On the first floor, the apartment has a laundry room at the end of the corridor, convenient for storing bicycles and strollers, with washing machine and drying rack available.

• To the right: 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 single and 1 double with 140cm bed) each with its own shower room
• To the left: a separate toilet

Continuing towards the living room: a double bedroom (160cm bed) with shower room and toilet.

The kitchen, The spacious and friendly room is fully equipped and has a large table to share your meals with ease.
