"Our stay at Kingsdown was magical. These chalets are a wee hidden gem close to Deal. Number 19 is clean, tidy and decorated in a modern "scandi" way. Reanne was a fantastic host. I couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend visiting."

"Small in size but big in style. We absolutely loved our stay at the Old Sweet Shop. It is beautifully and quirkily decorated, making the most of its small size. It had everything we needed, including picnic chairs for the beach which is directly across the road, and retro sweet shop sweets for the kids. It’s the perfect location for exploring Deal. We loved opening the window to see the sun sparkling on the sea every morning. The only thing that would stop us going again is our kids getting too...

"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "

"I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "

"Ric’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard and has all the amenities for an extremely comfortable stay in Whitstable. A bit of trouble initially finding a parking space but once we found one, we had no need to use the car again, as everything was within walkable distance. Lovely garden for sundowners! "The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."

"The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc."
