"Bryan is the perfect host. Very open with communication and quick to respond. The property is exactly what was described. We were 6 adults and an infant. Lots of room and very clean. The beach and pool area were basically private only to us. Very enjoyable I strongly recommend this location for a quiet get away. This was our first visit to Freeport, the people and island are lovely. great food and entertainment."

"Just like the last time, our stay has been amazing. The owner, never fail to get back on us quick if we have any concerns or favor to ask. The place is clean and very peaceful. You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. They exceeded my expectations compared before. Keep up the good work."

"Very nice condo, fully equiped. Lovely patio with beautiful tropical plantings providing privacy. Quick walk to the pool. Great restaurant by the pool with delicious food and daily specials. "The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. "

"Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. "Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating for our crew which changed at the last minute due to flight cancellations. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We had everything we needed at the house and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was simple and straightforward and the house (and entire property) was clean and well maintained! The kids enjoyed the pool and the games in the pool house! We will definitely be back! "

"Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

"Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. "
