"Spacious inside and out, the property met all our needs. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen a good size and adequately equipped and the living area works for large groups. The hot tub and the propane fire pit were wonderful bonuses providing a fun outdoor space overlooking a large yard. Dean was a wonderful host having taken the time to greet us upon arrival and walk us around the property. Plus he was always quick to respond to our questions. All good. Recommended!"

"I would like to say this has been one of my best experiences. The cottage was exceptionally clean, equipped and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything needed for a perfect stay was provided in the best way, even better than a 5 star hotel The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect, 2 mins drive to Green Gables heritage . "The place was clean but smelled musty when we got there. Windows had been opened up before we got there. I’m questioning black mold on bathroom floor around toilet and tub. That could have been the smell. But other rooms were all cleaned. "

"I loved staying at this location, out of all the places I stayed for the 6 weeks on PEI, this was my favorite. So much so, I stayed more than once. They make everything so easy. Clean, AC, fans everything u need to make it feel like home is here. The hosts are amazing too. Highly recommend staying here"

"Was a little unsure about staying here at first but it actually turned out to be one of our favourite of our trip!! Staff were super friendly and helpful! There were 4 of us so having the suite with two rooms and a kitchen was awesome. Breakfast had everything we needed and parking was just across the street. Location was great, only 10 minute walk into the heart of Charlottetown! Felt super safe and clean as well. Would stay again! "

"Les chambres sont impeccables, et le chalet contient toutes les commodités nécessaires. Frigo, tv, cafetière, etc…. Les salles de bain sont tres propres. Cependant le chalet pourrait bénéficier d’un peu tlc…. Tender love and Care….de reno et d’amour…. De la peinture serait nécessaire ici et la et un bon clean-up de la terrasse qui n’invite pas a s’y assoir car c’est détériorée. De toute façon, pas vraiment rien a voir. Le sofa salon et les chaises dehors sont viellles et usées, pas trop...

"One of the best cottages in the Rustico/ Cavendish area! The two bedrooms are perfect for a family and the cottage is spacious with beautiful views. Nice that there's a playground and beautiful path to the water and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Cottage #1 is closest to the road and does get traffic noise but think the higher number cottages are probably very quiet. "
