"This home was perfect! It was just off K10, and an easy drive to Lawrence to visit KU. The home is close to a few restaurants (Mexican was great) and several fast food places, a grocery store and gas stations. The beds were so comfortable and the whole home was inviting and immaculate. There were plenty of towels, two washers and two dryers, a Keurig coffee maker (with pods!), laundry pods and dishwasher tabs as well. The game room was so cute, and the gym was a great touch! "The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...

"Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood! Our packages and deliveries got there and were undisturbed. We enjoyed staying there. Lots of space for everyone. The property could use a deep cleaning. Also water for the shower kept getting cold and we would have to keep turning it off then on again multiple times to get more hot water. So for one shower you may have to repeat the off/on step 6 or 7 times. The soap dispenser kept falling off the shower so we just put it on the shower floor since...
