"Super Lage: nach ca. 200 Metern ist man am Strand, nach weiteren 100 Metern am Hundestrand; das Haus liegt ruhig in dem kleinen Ort Grote Keeten in einer Seitenstraße. Es ist komplett umzäunt, allerdings ist der Garten recht klein und verwildert. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, aber recht alt; die Treppe ins Dachgeschoss mit dem geräumigeren Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil und hat kein Geländer.
