The house and garden are beautiful and delightful spaces for a large group. We needed the 6 bedrooms and it all worked well for our group. The choice of 3 dining areas is fabulous, and the personal decor is stunning.We very much enjoyed the use of the garden and the pool table! Loved seeing cows walking along path at end of garden.The house is a 30-35 minute walk to the beach but easily done. De Haan is very pretty - no concrete blocks!The garden in summer could use parasols (as per website pictures). Trees gave shade during day but in the evening the parasols would have been welcome. It was hot during our stay. I found the multi-agency involvement in the booking a little annoying. ‘Contact host’ messages on VRBO website did not go to host. However, we loved the house and I would love a return trip! Highly recommend the property and we send thanks to the owners of the house for presenting it so beautifully.
