Pésimo servicio
Llegamos cerca de las 20 hs. Nos atendieron por una ventana del costado de la recepción, afuera. Nos dieron una habitación alejada, que sólo contaba con un solo toallon. Cuando tomamos la reserva, decía “desayuno incluido “. A la mañana fuimos a desayunar y nos volvieron atender por la ventana y nos avisaron que no daban desayuno desde la pandemia. Que es problema lo tiene Hoteles.com y Expedia que lo ofrece así. Un desastre

The hotel rooms were filthy. They were the dirtiest hotel rooms we had ever seen. We tried to change rooms but all rooms were the same. The floor was dirty, the bed sheets stem, seemed used and not washed at all, with makeup stains and hairs in the pillows and sheets. The bathroom was hideous. The bathtub had stains and hairs, the towels were stained with dirt and something that seemed as blood. The whole rooms smelled of marijuana and dirt. We could not stay there, we left. Beware!

The property owner was exceptionally helpful. I'm handicapped and need additional assistance and he was very kind and considerate.

The cleanliness of the room, check-in was very easy, and the person was very nice to me. The rates are reasonable non-smoking room is a plus the only thing that I can say the ice machine wasn’t working but overall it is great here.

This lodge was advertised as having a breakfast and even posted a picture of the breakfast bar in the hotel on the website. But there is none. Many of us travelers select a place to stay on whether or not a breakfast is available. The owners say they told Expedia that they no longer serve breakfast.Who is telling the truth??? This is false advertising on part of Expedia.com. Shame on you!

My stay was very unpleasant . The clerk was rude . The tv didn’t work , the home had no phone . The reservation said breakfast . There was no breakfast . It was a ver unpleasant trip

I don’t usually leave reviews as I’m pretty tolerant with anything so long as the place is clean and safe. But I felt compelled to leave this review. We were due to check in at 2:00, and we got to the property around 12 so we went to the front to see if we could check in early, and if not, to use the bathroom in the lobby after travelling. The lobby was locked, and the male attendant motioned us to this tiny little window where we explained what we were after. He said we couldn’t check in early, we couldn’t come into the lobby, and we couldn’t use the bathroom because it was out of service. We thought that was totally weird. We came back at 2:00 to check in and again tried to enter the lobby - it was locked. The woman attendant motioned us to the tiny window. We asked if we could come into the lobby to check in. She said that normally they don’t let people into the lobby but because it was cold she would let us in. We go into the lobby, and there’s a perfectly functioning bathroom right there (counter to what we were told two hours prior). The female attendant said that they had kept the lobby closed ever since Covid. What? It’s 2024. It’s absolutely ridiculous to make us stand in the parking lot and conduct check in through a tiny opening in a window like you would see in a convenience store in a “bad” part of town. The fact that they aren’t allowing patrons into the lobby to have a civilized check in or to use the bathroom is ridiculous, using Covid as an excuse

Disappointing stay
Ice machine was broken. No continental breakfast which was advertised as included on the Hotels website. Clerk told me "they" were supposed to take that down. Room was clean but bathroom was in poor condition. Ceiling texture was falling off over the shower.

We drove for 6 hours and really needed to use a restroom. She wouldn't let us into the lobby. It was only 4:30 pm. Not late at night. The room stunk of mold. Im very allergic and couldn't sleep. Hard to breathe. The handicap chair in the shower was wobbly. I was afraid to try to sit on it. No ice machine on site. No breakfast.

Checked-in during the evening with My Son and the room smelled stale and old and the TV didn’t work but I was willing to ignore until I wanted to bathe and the bathtub had cockroaches. I was disgusted and when I woke up around 1am cockroaches were on my laptop and a bag I bought in. I couldn’t return to sleep and made sure my son was protected as he slept. I did tell the staff I they acted ignorant and suddenly couldn’t believe there were cockroaches and will now look at the TV after I check out of the room. We started the night and left disgusted. I drive cross country and this Hotel was the worse.

Room not as pictured, unable to gain entry. Front desk clerk came with the key & wasn’t able to open the door, he then proceeded to open the door with a screwdriver. There were other guest outside watching as he opened the door. Definitely did not feel safe at this point. Requested a refund he said he couldn’t because it was paid in advance. I refused to stay there regardless due to safety reasons. The room number was 136 (you can open the door with a screwdriver)!

Not great, not bad. Just mediocre ,
I put in for breakfast in the morning. They had NONE. So didn't start off good already. Roomm was very nice and clean. The heater air-conditioner stunk. Smelt between moldy and musty. Even made our clothes smell bad. Had no do not disturb signs, so house keeping knocked on our door every morning. We kept forgetting to ask for one because we were never awake enough.
