"Communication was excellent! Nancy was very easy to work with and very quick to respond. The place on the inside was absolutely darling! Very neat and clean as well as updated. There were no issues with the room, but there were a few things I wish I would have understood better. For example, there is no thermostat that you can control for the room. Nancy was great to confirm the temp was good for us and there is a ceiling fan, just thought it was a little odd that we could not control temp...
