"Property was not very clean; spiders and other bugs galore, even in the beds. It was not very clear what would be provided in terms of 'linens'; not towels included (or toilet paper) so we had to scramble the next day to get a few towels to use. Of course the response of the property manager: you can get them for a fee. Having traveled from the US we did not realize we had to bring so much of our own; for example 'linens' typically includes towels. After we checked in we decided to have dinner...
