"Hi, Let's get straight to the point. I was grateful for the location as I had a party to attend. Upon arrival we walked up to see this was a pub and a lively one at that. This is a place you stay if you just need a room for the night like we did. This is not a place to do your holiday. Bar tender was also the check in host - very nice man - and did his best because the pub was busy. Walked in our room - carpet is old old old - beds lumpy and our TV was off the wall and laying on one of...

"Los huevos eran horribles. El resto del hotel fantástico tanto la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama como el personal."

"The room decoration is now outdated. "

"Rooms are spacious and clean you have to leave deposit of 50 quids per night but is refundable at check out.Amenities they have kids swimming classes it’s not relaxing. Dinner wasn’t great better not to take half board package as the dinner menu is limited to what you can have and have to order drinks separately. Breakfast has a wider variety."

"Very nice"

"Felicidades por los empleados y el trato amable y atento de todos los que trabajan allí."

"Check in rápido y personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bien y el parking gratuito. La única pega es que no había regulación de temperatura en las habitaciones y estaba bastante frio"

"Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too."

"the bathroom smelled like the pipes to the sewer were not right. the smell was there when i checked in and never went away. they don’t clean corners so there nice rooms are going to age quickly."

"Es un hotel para el centro de exhibiciones y viven de ello, tener que pagar por el parking es una vergüenza, la excusa es el manejo del parking es de una empresa ajena al hotel. NO ME LO CREO, ES FACIL FORMAR OTRA EMPRESA PERO ESTOY SEGURO QUE PERTENECE AL HOTEL, y así se excusan. Una extorsión por el parking!!! No volveré nunca mas!! "

"Nice place for working trips. Excellent breakfast"

"Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc"

"Staff very friendly and helpful, and bar and restaurant area pleasant, cozy and welcoming. The rooms are pretty basic and could do with some minor maintenance, but are clean and tidy, and good value for money. A good choice of breakfast items, and we had two evening meals which were great. Our waiter Sam was especially friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking"
