Great host

The condo was very well maintained and in a great location. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive to anything that arose. Would not hesitate to vacation here again in future and recommend this as a terrific destination

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

I was able to view the sunrise over the ocean! The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The owner was exceptionally helpful with any needs I had. I would definitely recommend it.

Atlantic Ocean Awesomeness!

Being able to see the ocean any time of day is amazing! This ocean view condo provided that in a comfortable, relaxing way. I appreciated the amenities and the security of the building. Everything listed in the description is accurate. The patio and large windows really added to the enjoyment of my stay. In addition, it was great having a large closet, washer and dryer, and garage parking available. I loved the easy access to the beach and water. The hosts were very welcoming and quick to respond.

Simply THE BEST!!

Condo is perfection!! Well-appointed, spacious, comfortable beds (including sleeper sofa), kitchen has more dishes and gadgets than mine!, and the view is wonderful!! Amenities at the complex are great! Even tennis and shuffleboard. **SPECIAL NOTE: This condo offers both a direct ocean view from balcony AND a place to sit and enjoy the view of the Halifax river and some gorgeous sunsets on the West side!! We LOVE it here. Stayed twice now and the owners are super nice and accommodating. We will be back for sure!!!

Beau condo au bord de l’océan

Beau condo situé dans un très bel édifice bien tenu, très tranquille avec un bon accès à la plage ( section sans voitures) La communication avec le proprio est très facile. L’unité est propre et bien fournie. La vue sur l’océan est remarquable des espaces communs et de la chambre principale. Seul bémol le lit encastré de la deuxième chambre est moins confortable qu’un lit régulier. (Tout dépend de l’âge!)

The building itself was wonderful. Residents and long term renters were very friendly and welcoming. The condo was a great location with a nice view and was supplied better than any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed. We were there with friends and we took the guest bedroom. The bed was a Murphy bed which we knew wen we rented but it wasn’t very comfortable. We had a couple of cabinet doors that were loose and one that was completely off the hinges. We booked prior to the hurricanes and I contacted the manager and asked about damage. They told us they weren’t aware of any damage and there wasn’t much but the storms did take out the access stairs to the beach so in order to get to the beach we either had to walk down the street to a public access or drive down to the beach access and pay for a permit. Departure duties were more extensive than at any other condo we stayed at. Typically we just need to take out trash, start the dish washer and maybe a few other minor things. I won’t go into everything. Overall our stay was soso

So great to be back

This was a welcome return to familiar surroundings after a missed vacation last year. So happy to be back to a condo.that is well maintained with quality washer, dryer and kitchen appliances, reliable cable TV and internet.not to mention, cooperative and responsible owner/managers when contact is required. It was perfect for mature adults who take care of rentals as though they are their own. The evenings playing cards on the balcony and watching the ocean, exchanging pleasantries with those who reside there full time truly made us feel at home. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Beautiful Property

Very impressed with this condo. It is clean and well maintained. The owners communicated great if we had any questions. The view over the beach is amazing! Never got old to look at. Only thing i wish the condo had was a recliner. I did miss my recliner at home. lol We would definatly stay again!

Wonderful Stay Again

Second year we`ve stayed at this property and looking again for next year. It is so nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean without buildings obstructing the view. Love the no drive beach. Felt very safe during Could. Would highly recommend this condo.

Really enjoyed our stay

Perfect, but........

Wonderful location, agreeable and involved owners, great communication, They seemed concerned and appalled that the property had not been prepared for occupancy with the expected cleanliness for such a prime rental and they were quick to send technician when AC tripped off.. In addition the owners also provided additional French Open TV coverage for the month. Next June when I return and the cleanliness issue has been corrected, they will assuredly receive five stars all round.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!
