We could not recommend this place enough. We enjoyed our stay so much. The place was clean, well stocked, has beach towels, toys and chairs. Washer and dryer. The host contacted us and made sure everything with check in went smoothly. She even let us know that our room was ready early so we could arrive sooner. The location was amazing for our family.

Our stay at the condo was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The décor was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home.The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet quiet enough to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings. We especially loved the balcony view and the beach access.Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in/check-out were effortless. Overall, this condo made our trip stress-free and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

Family Spring Break Trip

We had a fantastic experience! We vacationed for our daughter’s senior spring break with several other families all of whom stayed in other rentals in the same building. The condo was perfectly located on a quiet beach. It was close to many restaurants and shopping by either walking or a short drive. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation. Kerrie was fantastic to work with and was always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this condo for families with kids of any age!

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would

The unit was beautiful. Beautiful decor & modern. Maintained well. Building was nice too. Great location. Property manager was very responsive. View from balcony was awesome. We even saw a couple rocket launches. It is worth 10 stars if there was such a rating.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay! Beautiful condo with everything you would need. The sharable pantry was a great idea, and made it where we didn't need to purchase some items. The coffee bar was a big hit too! Furnishings were all up to date and beautiful! I loved the flow of the house, especially the well equipped kitchen! Kerri was very attentive, checking in with us at every step of the way! Overall, just a fabulous, enjoyable, beautiful stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing

This was an exceptional unit with lots of “homy” touches and extras. Loved the soap dispensers in the showers and the shared cabinet with snacks and such. The bed was comfortable and it was the perfect floor to have a great view from the balcony. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.

Stunning unit at the Shores Club

We rented 2 units beside each other as we were a large family gathering. We were there for our son’s graduation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. This unit is very bright and airy, super clean and any amenity you will need is there. The communication with Kerri was absolutely excellent! We will definitely rent this unit again in the near future. I don’t think anybody would be disappointed with this unit.

As advertised!

We had several days to relax before attending a business conference in Orlando. Super clean and quiet. Has everything you need to enjoy the beach or to just relax. Great kitchen and an even better view! Kerri from Premium Vacation properties was great and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect and it was. We will be back.

My wife and I brought her elderly parents to Daytona to visit family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very clean, well appointed and the beds were quite comfortable. We love this condo so much! We have stayed in this unit so many times! We have been coming to the shores club my entire life, literally since I was a little girl and now I’m married and a mom of 2! I have stayed in probably almost every unit and this is by far the nicest one! Clean and modern condo! We will be back!

Cheers to the condo and its property management

We've been staying in Florida Condos for 7 years now and truly can say this has been the best experience so far. The property is as advertised and frankly, better. The amenities were a pleasant surprise like, shower, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in each bathroom on hanging dispensers on the wall. A complementary selection of K-cup coffee's for guests are provided complimented by a multi function coffee maker unit that does K-cup as well as full pot for fresh ground coffee. The balcony chairs and table are second to none. And most, the king size bed is probably the most comfortable we've ever experienced and we don't stay in cheap places. Special recognition to the property manager, Kerri of Premium Vacation Properties, as perhaps the most pleasant and responsive manager we've had.

Excellence above and beyond

This property by far has been the best I have stayed at in Daytona and I have stayed at quite a view. The ambiance, cleanliness, availability of the host, views of the beach. I could go on and on, but in order to get the gist of what I’m saying, just book your stay here.

Perfect

To start, the property manager Kerri was just wonderful to deal with. Any questions I had prior to or during our stay she would answer them right away. Thanks Kerri. As far as the condo, it really is a beautiful place so what you see in the pictures is what you get. Spacious, great view, comfortable beds (my wife wants to buy the same mattress now) and everything you need for a stay. Great location for going to the racetrack as I was there for the Rolex 24. If we come back to this area, this is the place I'll be staying at if I can get it.

Our new favorite spot in DBS

This condo is seriously the best! From cleanliness to amenities. We had never stayed for the fourth and watching fireworks on the riverside and the beach side were spectacular! Mae even had one small inconvenience (from another condo having issues). We notified the host and it was fixed immediately. They go above and beyond to make your stay feel like a home away from home. I would give this condo 20 stars if I could.❤️

Family Vacation

We loved everything about this property. They have thought of everything. Breach-chairs, Beach towel and several beach toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. We will be booking again sometime soon.

Better than a 5 Star Experience!

The beautiful condo was tastefully renovated throughout, super clean and came complete with everything but groceries! Though we didn't cook, a gourmet meal could easily have been prepared. The linens and towels were fresh and white and the bed was super comfy. We mostly enjoyed the beach with family staying in other condos on site but restaurants are plentiful. Kerri is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure we were pleased. This is one of my new favorite condos and exceeded my expectations!
