Perfect Beach Vacay

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious and plenty of room for our group. We had 6 adults and 7 kids. The balcony was huge and perfect outdoor space for lounging and meals. While the grill and wine fridge did not work, that was disclosed in the listing prior to booking. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. The property was kept very clean and the pool was nice and warm. Location to the beach was perfect. Initially, the check in and layout of the parking was a little confusing, but any questions we had were addressed very promptly by the property manager. Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

Amazing condo

Beautiful and spacious condo on the beach. Easy access to and from the shoreline.Easy check in / check out process.Very minor things - wish we were given more than two key fobs. With a large group we had to always strategize who would have one. At times it was an inconvenience.There were two stools that were missing screws that made them wobbley and unsafe at times.The outdoor grill was broken and could not be used. That was a real bummer for us.I emailed the host about my concerns and received no answer. Other than those small hiccups, the condo was great.

Love this place!!!!

This is our 5th year staying at Ocean Vistas .. normally we stay on higher floors, but our group took too long coming up with a date that worked for everyone.. but I will say I was not disappointed by the lower floor at all! The view was still the same .. I love the amount of space that these condos have .. even if it tains you have a GORGEOUS view, a huge balcony.. plenty of room 😊 there could be a few lil updates here or there and a could things that need to be fixed .. but I’m not even going to mention them because it was not enough to damper our stay AT ALL!! thank you for an amazing time and we are already looking forward to next year!!!

Gorgeous Condo

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. Pictures that are posted are exactly what you get. It also was quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and we would also stay again. Accommodations were all as listed also. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We loved it!

Great Vacation!!!

This was a great condo, much larger than the pictures made it appear. The decor was a little outdated, but it was very comfortable and clean. The parking situation was a little disappointing, only 2 spots - so if more cars they have to park across the street. There was also only 2 key fobs for the door which made it hard coming and going for our group. The property company did give us an extra fob - so be sure and ask for one at check in, other than those 2 things it was great!

Roomy with Awesome Beach View!

Our overall trip was excellent! The condo had lots of room for all 8 of us to have our own space and privacy. There were no issues with cleanliness, and kitchens and bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. The balcony yields a great view of the beach; great for hanging out at the beginning or the end of the day. The only con is the slightly cumbersome check in and check out process; however I believe this more of a result of the condo setup. The staff of Ocean Luxury so their best to send all the details needed to make the check in and check out process as smooth as possible!

Unit 302

Enjoyed the unit overall. Had a few issues that we feel could have some improvement. The mattress are definitely dated, especially the master bedroom. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms move at a very slow speed and would not adjust up to a higher speed. The tv remotes are not user friendly at all, have to be a tech pro to figure out. The carpet is really dated and dirty. Leg was broken on one of the bar stools. Last but not least there was mold on the shower curtain and around the tub in the second bedroom. Again overall enjoyed out stay, not to be a negative nelly, but these improvements would definitely make our stay or others a wonderful experience.

Nice Place

The unit itself had a very nice layout. Quite spacious. Proximity to the beach was good. Nothing within walking distance for the most part. While at the pool some lady (didn’t identify herself) gave us a hard time about drinking poolside. I’m an adult on vacation. Also, I sent a text to the management company on the first day and never heard back. Again, beautiful place. We had fun.

Great space!

Tons of space!, the view is amazing, you will need to buy or bring dishwasher tabs, TP, trash bags, paper towels. Trash cans are small so you will be changing out bags often. There is a trash chute on 3rd floor on your way to the elevator. The location of the condo is super close to Publix, liquor stores and restaurants. There are linens and towels, the pillows are feather pillows, sheets give that comforting clean bleach smell BUT only the ones on the beds. There are roll away beds in the far bedroom closet, the big bedrooms have walk-in closets. Past guests have left items, kitchen spices, body washes shampoos. We didn't see beach chairs, there are boogie boards , umbrellas, beach towels, and some toys. Over all the space is clean, but the carpet really needs replaced, we enjoy3d our time here and will definitely rent again!!

302 Ocean Vistas 2 week stay

Tbh, I’ve rented in the building for 7 years. First time in this unit. This unit is very comfortable and a good layout. However, the carpeting is looking very bad, the clothes washer only washes with hot water, the beverage refrigerator doesn’t work. Renting through Oceans Luxury was very nice. They were on the ball. When I called right away because the family tv didn’t work, they replaced the tv.

Great condo!

Great size, enough room for everyone. Great location, easy access. Could use a few updates, carpet is very stained. Some of the lights and fans didn't work but all in all nice place. Would stay again.

Disappointed

Pictures are deceiving. The room was very spacious, pool, workout room and lobby are very nice but unit was poor. Carpet very old, stained and bleach spots. Poor lighting-half of the bulbs were out, wrong wattage, or low wattage. Bedding is old and tattered in some rooms. Master shower ceiling has a hole from unit above leaking-this alone should not allow unit to be rented. Broken glass door handle. Baths need re-grouting-mildew stains. A lot of dust on vents like it had not been dusted in years. I'm sure there is more. I have pictures. Whole unit needs updating.

Family Vacation

We have stayed in 2 different condos in the building previously but both were booked for the week we wanted this year. We like the 4 bedroom layout, but it wasn't as well-kept as the other two were. Hole(s) in the master bath ceiling, stains on living room carpet and air conditioner didn't cool evenly throughout the condo. Parking is a major issue. For a condo that sleeps 8 people, we were only allowed 2 parking spots and only 1 of those was a guaranteed spot; the other was first come and if it was full, we had to park off site. We were only given 2 keys which was a hassle with 8 people. Listing said 3 king beds - there was only 2 kings and the other was a queen. Check-in was great - Nancy answered all my questions and even texted me a few times to check in. Check-out was fine except we had to travel 15 minutes the opposite direction to drop off keys; there has to be a more customer friendly way to handle check-out. Beach towels was not advertised but there were several there for guest use as well as some beach toys. It also had several roll-away beds and plenty of sheets/blankets. We had more family staying at a nearby condo and our niece stayed with us one night - so the extra bed was nice. Door handle in master bedroom was broken and the other larger room was super hard to open but the balcony was awesome - furniture was well kept and clean. Grill didn't work, but that was clear ahead of booking. Booking and payment was super easy.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The property is great and it's close to the bandshell but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The kitchen is big enough to cook family meals in and well stocked! Are area of concern was the carpet has lots of stains (but seemed clean) and the listing says 3 kings and there are only 2.

Room overview

Property in a great location and plenty of space for 10 people. Carpet had several white (bleach?) stains, as well as other stains. Drain clogged and lighting dim but fixed by maintenance. Unit needs refresh of silverware.. Mattresses very soft and not comfortable. Overall, for the price, this unit was nice and would rent again.

Ocean Vistas is great, the condo is lackluster

My family and I have been staying at Ocean Vistas for New Years Eve for almost 10 years. This year we needed an extra bedroom so we booked this listing. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it looked as though the cleaning crew spent maybe 10 minutes on the place. There was still trash in the trashcans (and in the floor), the master and one guest room toilet had very obviously not been cleaned, and there were cigarette butts all over the balcony. We reported the issues and did receive an apology from our contact, but never heard a word from the property manager. We cleaned up the mess ourselves. In addition to the cleanliness issue there were also multiple stains in the carpet, the couch was incredibly uncomfortable, and the coffee maker didn't work. There were some highlights - the space is great for a large group, the water pressure is terrific, and 3 of the 4 beds were very comfortable. The Ocean Vistas property itself is wonderful. Easy beach access (including a ramp) and loads of amenities. It's definitely our favorite property in Daytona. With some updates and a reliable cleaning company, this condo would be perfect; however, overall, for this location and price point, we were disappointed.
