Welcome to the newly updated Oceanside Inn Suites 311 & 312! These 2 hotel-style condos are located right beside each other and share a pass-through door. These beautifully renovated units offer breathtaking water views of the Atlantic Ocean and include a kitchenette, a large flat-screen smart TV, free WiFi, and a total of 4 queen-sized beds. Enjoy resort-style amenities such as free parking, beachfront views, a Tiki Bar, an exercise room, & beach access just steps from your room!



The Space:

Both rooms 311 and 312 have been recently remodeled to perfection and are two of the nicest units in the entire complex! Some special features include an LED Vanity mirror in the bathrooms, all-new furniture throughout, and a designated sitting area for you to take advantage of the spectacular ocean views.



Both kitchenettes include a mini fridge, microwave, plug-in stove top and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware for you to cook yourself a meal if you so choose. There is also a Keurig with complimentary coffee supplies!



Need to get some work done while on your vacation? Make use of the designated work space, equipped with a chair and desk lamp.



Enjoy easy access from room to room with the convenient "hotel style" pass-through door between the 2 studios.



Guest Access:

Our self-check-in process makes accessing your units a breeze! Our guests will receive a personal smart lock code included in their arrival instructions.

The Neighborhood:

As its name suggests, Oceanside Inn sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach Shores and is just a short drive to tons of fun activities, popular bars and delicious beach-themed restaurants.



Getting Around:

Yes, you are allowed to drive your car on the beach in Daytona! There are several vehicle access points along Atlantic Avenue the closest being about 1 mile away from the condo complex. The best way to get around town would be by car, however, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

- This property is not pet-friendly. Guests who bring a pet will be forced to leave with no refund

- Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine

- Parking is $10/day per vehicle paid to the front desk

- To access the unit, guests will receive a 6-digit code

-Our condos do not have balconies. The large windows provide an ocean view, however.

- PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING - The HOA is in the process of renovating the common area hallways, we do not have any part in this as it is managed by the building so please be aware we cannot control the state of any common areas in the building prior to booking your stay with us.
