The views were beautiful! The access to the beach made it easy to walk everyday. The condo was supplied well with what was needed for a 10 day stay.

The property had issues with cleanliness upon arrival but the company was helpful in offering a remedy. The property was lovely and well maintained except the garden tub did not work. The weather was very bad and due to King Tide there was no beach at all. Because of the weather the hot tub was basically the only water option and it was broken. The view of the ocean and the turbulent weather outside was wonderful and if it had been bright and sunny it would have likely been an unforgettably fantastic view.

Stay away from Oceans Luxury Rentals!

The property was great, it’s Ocean Luxury Rentals that I have a problem with. Nobody wants to drive 700 miles, then have to go to an address two miles away from the condo to get parking passes and garage door opener. It is much simpler when those items are left in the condo for you. Then, upon checkout, you have to return those items to the office two miles away and deal with the lockbox before driving another 700 miles. Will not be dealing with Ocean Luxury Rentals ever again.

Great stay amenities changed 2 weeks before.

Stay was beautiful. Room was beautiful. Pool was closed for 2 days unexpectedly two weeks before we were told. Had no time to book something new. I was offered 50 dollars for this. They ended giving us 150. Pool was still missed unfortunately. Besides that perfect stay.

Perfect Condo

The view from the windows is breathtaking from the moment we walked in! We had so much room for our group of 5. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Everything was very clean: condo, pool deck and garage. Highly recommend this condo and would love to return for our next trip to Daytona!

Beautiful & Spacious Condo

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo right on the ocean. It was just as the pictures on line showed & even better. With the codes to get in the building we felt safe.

Beautiful ocean view

Although we were only able to stay a few days because of hurricane Milton evacuation, the property manager was very attentive and kind. The property was clean, spacious, with amazing ocean views. I wish that we were able to stay during the week that we could actually enjoy the property and the ocean without the fear of hurricanes. We will come back, but probably not in the fall during hurricane season.

Loved it but pool/beach was a little inconvenient

The condo was very comfortable, and we had a wonderful time! However, the construction on the property made going to the beach very inconvenient, and the pool was still experiencing some issues. Additionally, the fence was an eyesore. We also encountered some plumbing issues in the condo, but nothing major.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great time on a last minute getaway to Daytona. Many other areas were overcrowded, but the beach in front of this bldg was not. We had a great time even though the pool was still under repair. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway

Family of 7 stayed in this beautifully decorated unit. Plenty of room for us all. Kitchen was equipped with everything need. Plenty of towels, bedding and extra item for the beach. Packnplay for the 1 tear old as well as a ton of toys. Convenient location to all attractions.

Great place

Great place and location! Only downside was the parking. We could never find an available parking space for our second vehicle. Also, I wish the after hours lock box for the garage key was on property of the condo. We went to a rock festival and had to drive around late at night to get the garage key and parking passes. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfection for getaway

We stayed for our Son's AF Commissioning and Graduation at ERAU. Wonderful location. Kitchen had more than enough dishes, cups, kitchen tools etc. even for small children. Beds were very comfy. I packed extra towels wash clothes and beach towels. Mine were not needed. Could go several days with a full group until need to do laundry. View the was great.

Daytona

My family and friends love the property!! It was easy to find and hard to leave. It is immaculate inside with all of the creature comforts of home. We were close to the grocery store so we were able to walk and get anything we needed. There were also plenty of towels, which rarely happens!

Winter retreat

We enjoyed our time here. Some construction noise due to hurricane repairs, but we were aware of that when we booked. Great views of the sunrise, saw many rocket launches from the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, but the flooded bathroom for four days ruined it

Nice condo, great views, well furnished. However, we had a huge problem in that there was a water leak inside the shower wall that kept flooding both bathrooms, into the hallway and the bedroom. The property managers were very slow to respond, and it took four days to get this fixed. When we asked for a partial refund, all that they could offer was 15%. My kids had to put on flip flops to wade through the water to get to the bathroom. The property managers were not very nice, nor were they helpful.
