Quick beach trip

Location was perfect and the unit was very clean. Check in process was quick and painless! Pool looked clean but we were at the beach the whole time. Would stay again.

Condo experience

It was overall nice. The view was nice and the rooms were comfortable the toilet was running water due to the handle being loose but the staff responded quickly ro fix it. Since the unit is by the elevator we could hear the constant ‘ding’ of the elevator. If they could make that ‘ding’ less loud that would be very helpful.

Nice to see sunrise, I kinda like we didn’t look directly at the beach w this unit. But still had very wide view & sun. Large bedroom & bath setup wish kitchen (&newer pans) was tad bigger but very nice. Would stay again nice area & condo

Great stay

The property owners were very friendly as the staff onsite. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The location was great, the beach was great. We will definitely return, it was very relaxing

Wonderful stay on the beach

Me and my family stayed here for a weekend, there were plenty of towels, dishes, space and views. We were also able to extend our stay another day impromptu. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the veiw. It was just as listed.

Horrible

Place was dingy and falling apart. The beds were hard as a rock. Screen patio is ripped, gargabe disposal did not work, couch needs to be cleaned and patio furniture needs to be replaced. The scary part is the fire alarm went off over night and we did not hear it. That needs to be checked before a fire happens and someone dies.

Ideal location right next to the beach

All good - very well maintained and equipped property. The only cons : (1) No washing machine/dryer in the property-we were on the 7th and the nearest laundry room was on the 6th floor (2) living room is a little small and would be tight for more than 2-3 people.

Great beach access

Easy check in and great location - just steps from the beach. It worked great for us for a weekend but none of us found the couch comfortable enough for a second night in; travelling with a toddler nights out weren’t on our agenda!

Wonderful place - excellent value for money

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. Condo was clean and exactly as described. The building is older but well maintained. Perfect location right on the beach. Only negative was the ice maker that was not working. There were some ice trays but we just went to 7-11 down the street and got a bag there. Overall a wonderful place and definitely value for money!

Perfect locations and neat condo

Loved the ocean view from the balcony, the nearness to the beach, and the lack of crowds when we went (July). We were able to Easily distance on the beach and wore masks in the building/elevator. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed and Seemed very clean. We still sanitized everything before unloading our bags and washed the bedding. The only surprise was that laundry was not actually in the condo but that may have been my lack of careful reading. We are looking at booking the same exact condo next year.
