Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including high quality cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and appliances - including both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. You will find cozy living spaces, three smart TVs, Wi Fi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are provided to make your stay effortless.

This property is part of a premium oceanfront building undergoing a long term balcony and concrete restoration project as part of Florida’s new structural safety requirements. While you may notice shoring posts on the balcony and weekday construction noise, the balcony remains safe to use and the ocean view is still stunning. This unit is not scheduled for direct work until April 2027, so you’ll have full access during your stay.

You’ll receive keys for building and pool access upon arrival, along with a parking pass provided by the on site manager. Please note that garage parking is not available, and the property can accommodate one vehicle onsite. Additional visitor parking is conveniently located across the street. Sandpoint is now a smoke free property, and to ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in this unit.

Building Restoration & Balcony Safety: As part of Florida’s updated structural safety requirements, our oceanfront building is undergoing a comprehensive balcony and concrete restoration beginning June 13, 2026, continuing through 2027. Following the engineering review, you’ll notice temporary shoring posts on the balcony. These are part of the building’s safety protocol and will remain in place until the review and any required repairs are complete. Although visible, the balcony is safe to enjoy, and the ocean view remains beautifully open.

For your safety, please do not move or adjust the shoring posts. Any tampering would require professional correction and may result in deposit forfeiture and additional fees.

Work Schedule & What to Expect: Construction takes place Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:30 AM, with periods of noticeable noise between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Crews pause for scheduled breaks around 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM, typically lasting 20–30 minutes.

During active work on specific balconies, access to those areas will be temporarily restricted, and in some cases, a temporary plywood safety wall may be installed while the windows and sliding glass doors are being replaced. This barrier blocks sunlight and prevents entry while work is underway in that section.

Unit Timeline: This unit is tentatively scheduled for its portion of the project in April 2027, and is expected to have full balcony and unit access until that time.
