This elegant first floor condo received all new furniture at the end of 2024 and offers bright garden views from nearly every beautifully decorated room. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area and oversized windows and glass doors throughout, it's a light and airy home base for your beach getaway.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your cooking needs, plus a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area seats 6 and looks out over the garden. Nearby, the spacious living room offers comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a brand new reclining sectional. This condo even includes a full, private laundry room.

The primary suite is the epitome of luxury, with a king bed, private balcony access, a large walk-in closet and a bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in shower, granite double vanity and 6-foot garden tub with a built-in seat. The second bedroom is elegantly decorated with a king bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds. A full guest bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms.

Step out onto the private, south-facing balcony and enjoy the endless Florida sunshine on plenty of comfortable patio furniture. Because this condo sits on the ground level, the balcony does have a partial view of the ocean, but it is very slight, so we classify this condo as a garden view to give you the most accurate expectations. Please note the balcony is for relaxing only and does not have a gate or direct access to the pool or beach.

For guests with accessibility needs, this condo is one of the most accessible at Opus. Being on the first floor, there's no need for the elevator to reach your condo. The primary bathroom vanity is open under one of the sinks so guests using mobility devices can pull right up. The primary shower has been modified to work much like a roll-in shower, with a very slight ledge that most mobility devices can go over without issue, as shown in the photos. The garden tub has been replaced with one that includes a built-in seat, and the living room sectional has a reclining feature.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this unit, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
