Weekend Get away

This was a very nice unit, but unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency at home.Hopefully, when we return later this year, we’ll be able to stay here again.

Best view

This was very clean and close to everything.Loved have breakfast on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Husband loved all the different coffees offered. Will be back next year.

Amazing Condo - Loved the balcony - Great Host!

Condo was super clean, beautiful and well stocked, especially the coffee supplies. Doug went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful. (We stayed after Hurricane Milton) There was a lot of shopping and restaurants close by. Beach was just out our back door. Balcony was great! We definitely recommend this condo when visiting the Daytona Beach area.

Amazing Honeymoon Stay

This property is absolutely fantastic. It’s right on the beach, near lots of restaurants and stores, but far enough removed from Daytona proper that you miss all the crazy that comes with that area. The condo looked exactly like it does in the pictures, plus they’ve labeled everything so you don’t have to try and figure out which remote goes to what thing or how to work different items. They also provide everything you need for the beach - all you have to do is pack it up and walk down to the sand. On top of the cleanliness, organization, thoughtfulness of provided items, and killer location, Doug and Betty left us a lovely surprise of a welcome card and celebration cake for our honeymoon. If I could rank this stay higher than five stars I absolutely would. This space is perfect for any couple looking for a worry free beach vacation. We are already working to find a time to come back!

Hidden gem!!!!!

Absolutely an amazing place!!! Don’t let the smaller space detour you. It has everything you did for a fantastic day. Coffee bar, towels, CLEAN, beach access is a short 1 minute walk. Lots of stuff around for food, Publix, CVS. Doug was extremely attentive to my questions, responding within minutes. I can’t say enough lovely things of this gem. Bed was very comfy!!!!! Pull out couch, great touch. Air very cold. Tv was fantastic! Kitchen week stocked. We will return!!

Beautifully equipped condo overlooking the ocean

We truly enjoyed our stay in this clean, extremely well equipped condo. Spent most of our time on the balcony and beach, whoch was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable. There was so much variety of coffees provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing i would say to guests coming in is don't overpack! So much is provided, and this is the perfect size for 2 people, but with all the stuff i brought, we were tripping over eachother. My family tells me its unnecessary to pack the kitchen sink, but i like to be prepared. I definitely didn’t need a lot of the kitchen and bathroom stuff because it was already there. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us!

Perfect spot!

Wow is the first thought as we walked in! This condo is fabulous! The balcony view, the decor, all the little extras, it’s quiet..you don’t hardly hear anything from the neighbors, VERY clean, if you forgot something-they have it, Truly this was the perfect spot for us. Our first time in Daytona and can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return. Close to everything we wanted to do and great restaurants. Perfect for two and the bed was wonderful. Owners made everything very easy from check in to check out. Very responsive and top notch with a fair price! Thank you Doug and Betty for sharing your spot with us!

Vacation on the beach

We absolutely loved the condo! Everything looked exactly as the pictures show. It had been newly remodeled and was very clean. We loved the area. We were close enough to some great restaurants and shops but not in the middle of the busy part of Daytona Beach. We would highly recommend this condo.

I don’t even know where to begin! The owners are so nice! The condo is freshly renovated and it has everything you could possibly need when staying there. They truly thought of every little detail. It was a taste of heaven

A piece of heaven! We were thoroughly impressed by the warmth, hospitality and cleanliness of their condominium. It is beautifully decorated and has numerous touches that we have not found in hundreds of places we have booked. The basket of fresh fruit, family board games, an array of coffee and tea selections, and every beach accessory you could possibly desire . We most deeply appreciated the card personally left for us upon our arrival. Although we have not had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful and tender couple , as far as I’m concerned they radiate joy, love and so much more. I truly hope one day we have the opportunity to meet them - because their accommodations and personal touches definitely left a special imprint on our hearts.

Fantastic "get-away"

Came to town to visit my son in college for the long holiday weekend. The location of this property was perfect, just north of Ponces Inlet, but south of Daytona right on the beach, but away from the hustle. The property is an oasis. Decorated perfectly. A great size for us and a nice base to retreat back to...whether it was to get out of the sun or to watch movies on the countless channel options on a stormy night. From the moment we stepped into the condo, we knew Doug and Betty were a class act. No worries here! You'll love your stay. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable!

Perfect in every way!!

Doug and Betty have done an AMAZING job with this condo, and it was absolutely perfect for a nice & relaxing beach getaway! During the early days of the pandemic—back when everyone was quarantined— I got really into watching TV shows about vacation rentals…so I like to think of myself as sort of an expert on them now :) And let me tell you..this one passed every test with flying colors! It was impeccably clean and organized, beautifully decorated in a beachy yet classy and modern way (aka not at all tacky, which sometimes goes hand in hand with beach decorations, right?!), and fully stocked with anything and everything you might need or want while there: brand new beach chairs and towels, a nice little cooler that was easy to carry down to the beach, pots and pans and even spices for cooking (and then Tupperware for leftovers!), an old-fashioned coffee maker AND a Keurig (really covering all their bases!) complete with a lovely selection of coffee, of course…toiletries, binoculars to use when sitting on the oceanfront balcony (I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins!), a wide variety of DVD’s to play on their large-screen TV, and—last but not least— a GREAT selection of CD’s (though maybe I’m biased since I seem to have the same taste in music as Doug & Betty) to play on the cutest lil boombox you ever did see!! As if all of this weren’t enough to ensure a fabulous stay, Betty and Doug left a personalized greeting card to welcome me upon arrival, including generous gift cards to Starbucks as well as a local restaurant! They are clearly very thoughtful hosts who were more than willing to help make their guests comfortable however they could. I am so grateful to them for sharing their beautiful space and hope that I get the opportunity to go again soon!!

Great time

The property was great. We flew in so we were to able to bring along any beach equipment, but this place had it all. Very functional setup. Clean and organized with a great view. A welcoming comfortable stay. It was good. Would come stay here again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. This was our first time to use VRBO. VERY impressed!!

We had a fantastic stay in this VRBO condo. The hosts had literally thought of everything. The easy access to the beach was perfect. The location gave us do many options of entertainment and dining within walking distance. The recent remodel of the condo was very inviting with its beachy feel. We will most definitely look to stay here in our future. Amazing!!!
