We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO from the moment we arrived. The condo was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The floor to ceiling windows offered beautiful views and filled the space with natural light, making it feel bright and open. Every detail inside was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The elevators were fast and reliable, which made coming and going effortless. The location felt extremely safe and the secure parking gave us complete peace of mind throughout our trip.The host was incredible and responded instantly to every message, which made the entire process easy from start to finish. It is rare to find someone so attentive and accommodating. The property is in a perfect location close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still quiet and relaxing when we returned at night. The value for the money was excellent and we truly felt like we got more than what we paid for.We will certainly be back because this stay exceeded every expectation. I almost hate to make it sound too good because if everyone finds out how great it is, it might be hard for us to book next time.

Don's place is AMAZING. The unit is VERY well stocked with everything you need. And he is so attentive to any question or concern you may. The views were absolutely STUNNING and we lucked out to see a rocket launch as well. The grounds are fantastically maintained and the pool was as warm as the ocean.

Excellent Condo ! The unit was very clean and cozy. It was very well decorated and we felt like home ! The view from the 11th floor was amazing ! The communication with the owner was fast and efficient. We wont hesitate to rent this unit again.A recommended owner !

We absolutely love this condo! The condo was generously appointed with tons of glassware, serving dishes, and silverware - perfect for entertaining. The kitchen was so well appointed with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances . The entire condo is exquisite. There is nothing negative to say! Oh, and the views from living room and master bedroom... full glass floor to ceiling....amazing. easy access to great pool deck and the beautiful no-driving on beach.

Fall relaxing getaway

The condo was very clean and presented just like in photos! We only stayed about 5 days so there was just enough garbage bags, hands soap, dishwashing liquid, & TP for me and my husband. It was convenient to restaurants. It was a relaxing atmosphere!! Would stay again if we ever have the chance!

Very nice condo

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pans, etc... We were there during hurricane Helene and felt perfectly safe. Definitely would stay here again! Pool was great too! Thanks for a wonderful 50th anniversary trip!

Family Vacation

We traveled with 3 families from Louisville, Ky. Booking the room was easy, check-in & out was very easy! Room was big and the view from the balcony was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great Views, Wonderful Condo

We had a really great time! Love the views from the balcony, everything was clean and comfortable! Nice area, love that that part of the beach because there is no driving. Close to everything! We have been coming to Daytona Beach Shores for 11 years and this was our 2nd time in this building. Hope to be back next year

Wonderful View

Loved being on the top floor, pelican and dolphin viewing daily. This location gets me to all my favorite shops and restaurants with a minimum of driving. Can't wait to go back next year.

Great Family Vacation

My brothers, sister and spouses rented condos at Regency Shores and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our unit is beautiful and has great views. The owner was very responsive to a minor issue we had. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful spot for a stay

We spent Labor Day weekend here and had a wonderful time! My biggest complaint is that my wife now wants to redo our kitchen counters to look like theirs😜. Is a beautiful unit, perfect view, plenty of space, tons of kitchen utilities and needs, comfortable beds, and on a no drive section of the beach. Good location too, far enough away from craziness of downtown beach area during the day and at night, but can drive to it in about 10 minutes for dinners/shopping etc. Owner was very responsive and understanding on checkout time too! Only true downside for us is the master bath only has one sink (but there is a vanity across from bathroom for makeup/getting ready), but when that is the biggest complaint it is very easy to “get by”!! Will certainly be in touch with owner to rent again in the future!!

Spectacular Experience

The condo was better than the photographs. All needs were supplied, even beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It's the only location with a beautiful ramp that leads right down to the beach; an extra plus I didn't expect. My husband and I will definitely visit again.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay in this comfortable condo with a priceless view. It was incredible watching the birds fly by, they were so close! The check in process and the door and gate codes are a big plus, so easy. Everything is in good shape and well maintained. We highly recommend staying here.
