I can’t say enough good things about this property. The walkout to the beach is directly off the pool, the view of the beach from the condo is unmatched, the parking garage is secure, covered and well kept. The parking spot for this condo is perfectly located, as well as the proximity to the condo from the elevator. The condo had all the beach supplies you could ever want and we left behind a canopy and football as well for the next families to enjoy as a thank you for such an amazing stay. We had a total of 5 adults and a child, we all had more than enough space and privacy. The condo was super clean and setup with every single thing we could need from dishes, to beach towels and everything in between. Dennis was kind enough to show us and around and give us the run down of the property and condo which served as invaluable many times throughout our stay. Check in was easy, checkout was even easier. Everyone that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt at home and at ease and will definitely book again when staying in Daytona. This listing would be a great pick for families of all ages, and sizes.

We booked this site based on the beautiful condo and balcony for our 40th anniversary. We found out the day before we arrived that the building would be painted and we could not use the balcony which was disappointing. We had painters on the balcony every day Monday through Friday and were unable to use the furniture because we had to move it indoors and keep it inside. It was a very nice condo but the point of being at the beach is to enjoy the view from the balcony. The host said she would refund some of our money, but since we checked out as ignored our communication. Plus they scheduled pest control on Friday without telling us when they would arrive. We had our dog there and they entered while we were away and sprayed with our dog there, which was very intrustive to us and our dog. They could have scheduled the pest control after we checked out when the room was being cleaned. Very upsetting our dog had to go through that while we were not there.

Unfortunately, upon arrival we walked inside the unit to a sign stating to stay off the balcony. After a day's drive, I was in disbelief that this was not disclosed to me before arrival or in the vrbo listing to say the building was painting the balconies and what floors they would be working on during our stay. I received a full refund and secured a new condo on my own for the remaining six nights but to say I am disappointed is an understatement especially as a repeat guest! I stayed in another unit that had painting done months prior and could see from the pool that this unit's balcony wouldn't have been available until the end of the week. If we had listened to the property manager and stayed in the unit, we would have had no access to the oceanfront balcony and had to deal with significant noise/smells for the duration of my family's vacation with a toddler. I will never stay in this unit again because of the dishonesty regarding the significant maintenance that was ensuing without warning. When I searched for new accommodations after we arrived at this unit, I found other postings of available condos in the building that referenced the dates each section of the building would be painted. This makes it hard for me to believe the host didn't know and wasn't able to notify me well in advance. I'll pass on this one from now on.

Our 10th floor oceanfront condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean! Everything you need for home away from home and beach needs. Parking garage was very convenient. Security was great. We felt very safe. Booking and checkout was stress free and Enis was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Our tour guide Dennis was fun and super friendly. There are many rules but as long as you follow them, you should have no issues. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again in the future! Daytona beach lifeguards were stationed right outside the facility and they do a spectacular job. My only complaint was all the tv remotes were broken in one way or another.....the channel buttons only went up or they only went left when channel surfing. But we werent there to watch tv

From its immaculate cleanliness to its spacious design, this condo provided the perfect home away from home for our week-long retreat.Upon entering, we were delighted by the expansive layout, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The condo was not only beautifully maintained but also thoughtfully stocked, ensuring that we had everything we needed from day one. The abundance of towels, clean beds, and well-kept interiors added to the overall comfort and luxury of our stay.The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the serene sight of the ocean each morning set a peaceful tone for our days. Beautiful View but otherwise disappointing

From March 22 through March 29, we stayed at Ocean Vistas Condo. No doubt the view was absolutely gorgeous, and the pool and hot tub were great, but we were disappointed in the condition of the Condo. If you read the description of the property “Designed for Luxury” one would have expected the condo to be in a much better condition and cleanliness.Though the condo appeared cleaned, we did find a piece of chicken underneath the dining room table and left a note in the dirt and grime on the stove hood stating, “clean me”. When we first sat down to eat a family dinner, we found a broken chair. Additionally, the toilette in the guest bath was loose and the toilet seats in the master bedrooms had missing bolts, making them loose and a small end table in the family room was broken.Though the balcony has a fantastic view, the wicker furniture on it was starting to fall apart, the lights on the ceiling were rusty, the electric outlet on the north side of the balcony did not work, the electric grill was starting to pit, and the rug was stained (perhaps from the rust coming down from the lights on the ceiling). The “chef’s” kitchen was extremely lacking. Yes, the appliances were great, but there is no way to cook and then serve food. There was one small bowl and no serving platters. We ended up serving all our food in pots and pans. There were also things incorrect in the listing - no double shower head in master bath and pitted paper toilette holders in the other two bathrooms.

Bike Week 2025

We had everything we needed and the condo was spotless. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us have an early checkin. We had 3 couples staying and they all loved the layout and how beautiful it was. The balcony is large and plenty of room to hangout. They also had room for our 3 motorcycles and one truck in the parking garage. Having a nice place to sleep, hangout and enjoy when we weren’t riding was fantastic. We all would stay here again and hope to in 2026!

Wonderful Winter Escape

The condo was clean and the check in was easy. The views of the Atlantic from the covered outdoor area were spectacular. I especially enjoyed the security system in place for both people and vehicles. The staff at the front desk, cleaners and maintenance workers were friendly and engaging. This is a pet friendly location and we will definitely return. The game room with pool table provided many hours of enjoyment as did the pool area and fire pit, spa.

Perfect family beach trip

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We loved having the large balcony to enjoy the views of the beach, and there was even a small grill that we made use of. The kitchen is large which is nice with several people. They even provided beach towels and a whole closet full of beach gear. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The entire property is just beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfection

The condo is breathtaking! It's comfortable, beautifully furnished and it has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. Beach towels, chairs & toys are available. The balcony has an amazing view with a super comfy couch. It's easy to get from the condo to the beach & the pool. The beach is super clean. Many delicious restaurants close to the condo.

Wonderful New Year stay

Beautiful condo & well managed property, very impressive! The view was spectacular! Very well laid out & family friendly (with the exception of there being a lack of non breakable dishes & glasses for kids) with privacy for multiple families traveling together. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
