Nice Get-away

The condo is very nice inside. Clean, Cozy, Welcoming. The bathroom situation is a bit of an inconvenience. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. Both bedrooms suites by the balcony, each have their own FULL baths with sink, shower, tub, toilet. There is a 1/2 bath which is only a sink, toilet.... which is behind the kitchen?? Not even located by the 3rd bedroom. THE 3RD BEDROOM guests have to SHOWER/BATHE in one of the other bedrooms shower or tub. Overall it was a great get-away. The condo was very clean. Thought there is NO outside lights on the balcony that we had. A ceiling fan would also be a great suggestion, since the way the balcony has a curved window barrier, it blocks the sea breeze and the balcony is very hot during the day. At night time the amount of Palmetto Bugs that fly around on the balcony is a bit discouraging and keeps you on the edge of your seat looking around for the bugs all the time, so they don't land on you, or crawl on you because there is NO outside lights.

We enjoyed our vacation in your Condo. It looked exactly like the pictures which made it so nice. The condo was very nice with a great ocean view. It had everything anyone could need for a wonderful beach time.

The condo was extremely spacious. Was just the way it looked on line. The boys enjoyed the pool table in the evenings and on the 1 rainy day we had. Outdoor area is very well kept as well.

Was absolutely beautiful!!!!

It was very accommodating for everyone, there were a few hairs in drawers and some stains on the beds, but the property was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly what we were looking for!!!! Thank you again!!!

This condo was very nice. Everything you need. However, it needed cleaning in the bathrooms. We found a big ball of hair in bathtub. Floors were dirty. We clean it out and disinfect the tub. We didn’t want to complain since we really liked the condo. They need a better cleaning crew.

Building appears to be well maintained.

Had a great week on the beach. Place was exactly as described and the building has a huge fenced dog park on the north side. The whole of the property appears to be well maintained and everyone we encountered, staff or other guests, were all very friendly.

Great location

The condo has a great layout. It is located very conveniently to everything. The unit was clean and had a lot of amenities for the kitchen, etc. I also felt very safe as there is a lot of security involved in staying there. It has a great gym, fire pit and pool. Everything is very clean. If you bring pets, please note that you are not allowed to bring your pets on the beach on that specific stretch, however, there is a neighborhood across the way where there is plenty of space and grass to walk them.

Amazing vacation 👍

This property is amazing in every way. Beautiful room, spacious balcony (just as pictured). Our family of seven had an awesome time. Even our dog had a great dog park. Our tour guide April (very friendly) meet us at the property and gave us a great tour and showed us everything about the property we needed to know. We would definitely come back. The unit was good, could have been cleaner. The third bedroom by the front door, the bed mattress was very lumpy and saggy in the middle. Very hard to sleep in. Also the sheets were dirty. May need to get a new mattress. Everything else was great, would come back again.

Beautiful

This place is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about the condo itself. From the locked parking garage to the gated yard for pets to safely get some exercise and do their business. We felt totally safe and at home during our entire stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was although the condo is pet friendly, I never saw anything in the listing saying dogs weren't allowed on the beach. So unfortunately my water loving, should have been a river otter, miniature dachshund was never able to experience the sand or ocean. Other than that small snafu, everything was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Daytona.
