BEAUTIFUL VACATION CONDO

This was my first time staying in Ocean Vista's room 707 but it definitely will not be my last. Everyone from the owner to the greeter were super friendly and very helpful! the owner has supplied the rooms with all the items you could ask for. this was the perfect spot. anyone would enjoy staying here!

Very Nice!

This was a beautiful rental for my family to spend a week in! There were three couples and we really appreciated the fact that each room had its own bath. It had everything we needed in the large kitchen and a large comfortable living area to hang out. The pool and beach were very nice.

Beach Vacation

Communication with Jim & Katie were terrific. It was our first stay at Ocean Vistas & Katie greeted our family upon arrival & gave us a tour. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. The large oceanfront balcony was our favorite place to relax. The pool & spa were great with plenty of outdoor seating. Thank you for sharing your home. We had a fantastic vacation!

Spacious and great amenities

We had more than enough room, everything was beautiful inside. Two refrigerators and a undercounted ice maker! Access to the beach and pool was easy and convenient. On the ball security. Very responsive host. We hope to return!

Relaxation Getaway

Booking and communication process with Jim and Katie were great! I wish I could leave pictures on this review, but waking up to the Atlantic and coffee each morning put me into a different relaxed state. My wife enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves in the master bedroom at night. Very spacious area, and accommodating for families, breakfast dinners, showers etc. We had friends stay in the King suite at the Hilton near us, they paid much more per night and they’re accommodations didn’t come close to this Ocean Vistas property. Great place to stay for individuals or families.

Amazing!!

This is a beautiful condo that is exactly as pictured. It is truly a home away from home!! The views of the ocean are breathtaking!! 😍 We traveled with our two kids and the owner and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our kiddos! We had an amazing time and will definitely be booking this property again!! You won't regret your stay!!

Everything!

We stayed here for 2 months, and EVERYTHING was perfect! We spent hours on the spacious and comfortable balcony, watching rocket launches from Cape Canaveral, magnificent sunrises, gorgeous moon risings and of course, seeing and hearing the ocean. The condo’s kitchen had EVERYTHING to include a wonderful icemaker along with a wine cooler. The TV’s (living room and all bedrooms) were top of the line with surround sound and more channels available than we ever could possibly watch. Finally, the owners were fantastic and very attentive to ensure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Just Perfect!

Excellent rental unit. Very well equipped. Beautifully decorated! Two refrigerators and an ice maker in the unit. Underground secured parking for both of our cars. Very impressed with the unit, building, and owner. I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Place for a relaxing vacation

As the date neared, it was a nice surprise to receive contact from the owner and a young lady who coordinated our arrival to meet us as we drove up to the condominium, showing us where to park and then taking us on a tour not only of the condo but also of the building showing us where everything was to ensure a relaxing fun stay. It was comforting to know that someone was just a text away during our stay. The pictures of the Condo do not do it justice. Not only were all the rooms spotless and beautifully decorated but also comfortable and perfectly laid out. There was plenty of room for family time together in the living room or finding a quiet spot to read a book. The baskets containing hygiene items in each bathroom made us feel very welcome. The living room and kitchen felt like a continuation of the deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is every woman's dream! From the wine fridge and separate ice maker to the huge pantry. Plenty of room for food and supplies and containing every kitchen utensil that we needed. It was the first time I preferred staying in the condo and the deck then going down to the ocean or pool. It was a great place to stay for the 4th of July. We watched fireworks from the deck facing the ocean and the deck facing the city. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and were sad to leave.

Great vacation

In 25 years of vacationing, this was the best room we have ever stayed in. The room matched the pictures but was better in person. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels. I appreciated the special baskets within the bathrooms with sometimes needed and forgotten hygiene products. Great location and easy access to the beach. I felt safe with all the added security measures around the property. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Superb condo !!

We had a amazing week at this beautiful condo on the beach! Jim was awesome to deal with and we had zero issues. This beautifully decorated condo is massive and comes fully stocked with everything you need. Even the towels we perfect and there were plenty to go around!! It is a very secure and safe location for families and has the most beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean that you can get in Daytona. We couldn’t have had a more perfect time. Thanks Jim!!!!!

Step into a week of luxury and peace....

This was a family vacation and since Im the mom(even though all my children are grown) I look for a place of luxury and safety.....The minute we drove up to the property I knew right away I had chosen the right place....When we arrived a young lady with one of the best personalities I have seen in awhile met us......Very respectful and she knew every thing we could possibly want to know about the condo and surrounding areas...The pictures on the website were exactly as described on webiste....But there is no way I can describe when we walked out onto the balcony and saw the Atlantic Ocean right outside...We were there a week and the beach was hardly ever crowded....The pool is heated , with lots of chairs and loungers(usually that is a problem).at other resorts....From the safety point of view there were keys which open the gate to the beach and the door to get into lobby of condo...If you are looking for a place to spend a week , go here you wont be disappointed ..It is every thing you need to relax, swim, eat, dance, and Universal Studios is just an hour away.....
