While this unit looks out over the road and not the ocean, it is still a very beautiful, functional, and well-equipped condo. Just around the corner on the same floor is the workout room, sauna, conference room, and clubhouse area, which was great for watching the Space X launch over the ocean. The pool is heated, which made it comfortable to swim in even on those days in the lower 60's. The hot tub was also nice.

This condo is beautiful! After checking in and getting unpacked, it was very easy to get settled in - like being at home. Everything one could need is available in the fully equipped kitchen, including coffee pots (drip and Keurig). The decor is modern and clean, the appliances are all updated, clean and in working order. The linens and beds (memory-foam) are clean and comfortable. I bring my own pillow - but there are plenty onsite. The building & grounds are gorgeous and are directly on the beach. This condo does not face the beach, but we savored spending time hanging out on the patio having coffee in the morning, taking an afternoon beach or shopping break, or taking in the spectacular sunsets. Thank you for making our Christmas merry!

I wish I could give 10 Stars as the whole process and Condo was amazing. Hospitality was top notch as well as the condo it self. It was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay including all the beach needs. We hope to make this a yearly vacation for now on.

Home away from home.

We had a wonderful time at this property on Daytona Beach. The condo was beautiful and so relaxing. We felt so at home here we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great Place, would stay again

Very large and clean. The location was ideal and parking was very convenient. Plenty of towels and extra sheets pillows etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots pans, plates, etc. you would ever need. Only small issues, ice maker does not work and water on the fridge does not work. The cable TV service in Master has major buffering issues.

Family vacation

Had a nice relaxing vacation with my grown children and my four year old grandson. The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool was heated which was a plus. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beach .

Enjoyed our recent stay. Check in is different than I expected. Had to meet at property and go through tour which was helpful. Fridge water and ice didn’t work but we used water bottles and ice machines are available. Great space for family. Lots of room. Huge outside space.

Mother/Daughter vacation

This place has everything and I mean everything you need on a vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It feels just like home and very spacious. Dennis is the BEST! He gives a great tour and makes sure you have a relaxing enjoyable vacation! If you need anything he is just a text away and responds in minutes.

Daytona 2022

This is a great property. The property faces the street, which was ok because it has a large balcony. The inside was very nice and roomy. I would recommend this to those that want a nice trip to the beach and don't really care about if you are on the beach side

A nice stay turns into the biggest pain

My family and I stayed at this property the week of July 4th. While the room was ok and the amenities were nice, we continuously got hounded by the owner about "having more guests in the room that needed to register with the front desk". I continuously explained that the people coming in and out were family that were registered with their own room on the property. Yet still she decided to hound me constantly. Needless to say we will not be staying in this room again. If you have little ones, skip this room. Too many sharp corners and places for littles to get hurt. If you you need accessible beds, you're limited to a full size bed in the bunk room. The king size bed is so low to the ground you can barely get up.

Daytona Vacation with Lots of Room!

This property was a nice property. Lovely condo, clean and nicely arranged. This condo is really roomy and no tight quarters at all. Both beds were comfortable. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately the beach was closed but understandable considering the recent weather. I did choose road facing accommodations, but still got to see the sunset. However, maybe being on the 2nd floor near check-in parking, it was quite noisy at times while enjoying the patio. The young people hanging out, talking loud and yelling, and the loud music. But if you stayed inside, the patio doors are noise canceling and made the condo nice and quiet. We would definitely return for future trips.

Beautiful condo and property!

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and SO spacious. We enjoyed our time inside and on the patio as much as we did the beach! It had every single amenity we could think of and the beach toy closet was amazing! We literally didn't have to bring anything except clothes and toiletries. Check in was easy and we loved having a keypad door. The beds were all comfortable and there was a ton of bedding and towels supplied. Including beach and pool towels. The laundry room in the condo was fantastic. The property has a great pool area and we enjoyed that it was shaded starting around 2/3 pm so we could get a break from the sun. A wonderful place to relax all around! We can't wait to come back!!
