You were treated with kindness and respect. We shared a nice conversation while you were checking in. You were not honest with me regarding your number of pets. You had a second one that you snuck in with clothing wrapped around it. I was told about it. I asked you two other times that evening, you again were not honest. You said the dog was not yours. You even came to the office and told me it had been picked up. The dog was seen in your car the following morning when you were checking out. Now you are not honest with your review.

Good morning, We are extremely sorry for your loss. However, we received your cancellation via email on the day of your scheduled arrival and advised that we cannot cancel reservations made through a third party, and you would need to cancel through Expedia. A reservation is not "officially" cancelled until the person who made the reservation cancels it with the outlet with whom they made the reservation. We cannot cancel their reservations. That must be done by the person who made the reservation. After not hearing from anyone for several hours, and the reservation still active, we sent you another email and still had no response. As the evening wore on, I personally attempted to reach you by telephone and there was no answer and voicemail was full. Again, we are sorry for your loss, however the responsibility of cancelling the reservation through your booking agent was yours and we tried to reach you to help you with that to no avail.

We are so sorry to hear you had a terrible "experience" maybe? Because you did not stay the night with us. You used our room and then asked for a full refund, we denied that so maybe that's the terrible experience? That late in the evening we do not have a housekeeper on stand by to clean rooms so it would have been impossible to turnover. We truly apologize for any inconvenience.

You didn't even stay with us. You never stepped foot on our property. This reservation was canceled because of your card declining prior to the day of arrival.
