We've been coming to the Daytona area for years, and my wife and I agreed this was the nicest place we've stayed in the area. Unit was super clean. It was neat seeing the pelicans fly by at eye level on the balcony. You easily drop off your beach gear at your car so you didn't have to lug it up to the room and get sand everywhere. It was pretty warm during our stay, so if it got too hot to sit on the balcony, you could sit in front of the picture window for a great view of the ocean. Cheryl was great to work with and you can tell she takes pride in her place. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful time at the beach

Wonderful stay at the beach. Complex with so well maintained and condo was perfect. Such a perfect family friendly complex. Everything was well stocked and had lots of fun activities. Would highly recommend. Will definely rebook. Family stayed in same complex so it was a blessing.

This was our second time renting this property, and once again, it was a great experience. The home is very nice and exceptionally clean. The property manager was accommodating and genuinely cared that our stay was nothing short of excellent. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth communication throughout. Just as described.......

All amenities for comfort and relaxation. Good communication and response when questions arise. Great beds for a good night's repose. TVs large and convenient for tennis tournaments in Madrid and Rome which is a priority for fans of this sport. Great for caring adults who are similarly inclined to take care of where they live and leave the place as close as possible to the condition in 'which they found it .Perfect for a long delayed vacation for "mature" vacationers. Look forward to returning.........

Perfect location

This rental was perfect! The location was perfect- beautiful views and a one min walk to the beach. I loved being able to see where the tide was from my window. It was also close to everything we needed. The condo itself was super clean. The host had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed and all was well. I really appreciated having such a great location and top cleanliness. I enjoyed sitting in the chairs by the window and just watching the ocean. The balcony was nice as well for a relaxing evening. I hope to stay here again sometime!

Awesome beach condo

The condo is very nice, well-kept and very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. Large tile floors and quartz countertops give the condo a very clean appearance. Decorated nicely, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and much more. Appliances are very nice and nearly new, and they were clean. Nice mattress in the master bedroom. we didn't use the second bedroom but everything look really nice. The basic beach chairs and stuff was all there. Everything we needed for a quick end of summer beach stay. Would defiantly stay again.

Perfect vacation

My family and I had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be more happy. Our daughter loved the pool and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise every morning. The property is situated on the non-driving part of the beach so that was very nice as well. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Delightful

Cheryl is a fantastic hostess. She was very attentive and patient with our questions. The condo unit is so nicely furnished and decorated. It was spotless. The kitchen supplies are everything you can possible need. The view on the 11 floor is amazing and breathtaking. You can see the sunrise in the morning and watch the sunset in balcony area outside your exit door. If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax and wind down, book this unit. Thank you Cheryl.

Dehumidifier was hard to ignore in second bedroom

The condo has a large kitchen that is well stocked. There is a long eating/counter area with plenty of seating. Plus a round table just off of the kitchen area that seats four. The living room furniture is comfortable. The ocean view is right there, what more could one want. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable. For those who like a softer bed, the Master bedroom meets this. The master shower has a high step into it. The shower head worked okay. In the other shower there was very little water pressure. The dehumidifier system is noisy, like a bathroom fan being left on constantly and was a bit annoying but you get used to it in time. We respected the owners request to leave it running at all times. I usually am more involved in choosing our sites and going over details of the agreement but this time my husband did it. So when I read the check-out requirements after we arrived I was upset of what was asked of us. We have stayed in many places in many areas and have never been asked more then to strip the beds and make sure dishes were put through the dishwasher. Now we are being asked to wash the towels, wash cloths, bathmats and used blankets. And to start the sheets and pillow cases before we leave. The washing machines are high efficiency and take 1 hour and 15 minutes at least to do a cycle so our last day was doing laundry. And if there are more than 2 loads of laundry left a $35 /load fee will be charged from our deposit.

Breathtaking Walking into the Condo

I can’t tell you how much we love Cheryl and John’s spectacular home. When we walked in through the front door, we were speechless. Cheryl even put up a gorgeous Christmas tree that made it even more special. The location is perfect as is the condo. The furnishings are so lovely and bring about such relaxation and peace. All you hear is the waves and ocean and being on the top floor that is all you hear - so quiet. Everything is very luxurious and the condo has everything you need in it. Cheryl and John are incredible hosts and helpful in every way. My husband and I cannot wait to return. The association runs a beautiful operation and you are literally steps away from the beach - one without vehicles on it. Thank you both for making our vacation above and beyond perfect.

Amazing condo on beach!

Perfect setting for 5 day visit. Able to see the ocean from most rooms! Calm and serene inside with everything you could ask for. Fabulous beds. Hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions. Many restaurants in short distance. Certainly a step above Daytona Beach proper. The Shores are the place to stay!

Everything was wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated - a true luxury experience. The host were amazing and left detailed information about check-in and out and the use of the property. We had a great time. I highly recommend this property!

5 Star Experience

Cheryl was great to deal with right from the beginning. We've stayed in this complex 10-15 times and this was probably the nicest unit we've booked. They provided an info sheet for people not as familiar with the area and we agreed with all of their restaurant suggestions. Great experience - we will be back.

Everything was simply perfect…. the condo, location, weather. Maybe it was the time of year, but I loved the peaceful atmosphere on the beach. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean through all the windows and patio door in the main bedroom. Cheryl has her condo stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Once there, every question you may have has been answered by Cheryl’s notes around the condo. This is a great place to stay!

Very happy with this condo!

We have stayed in many condos in Daytona Beach Shores, and this one ranks right up there! We loved staying on the “no drive” end of the beach. Chairs and even a beach umbrella were provided, which was awesome since we flew and couldn’t bring anything like that. Condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed in the master, which was the only bed that was used. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!
