Relax in the deep Restoration Hardware leather sofa, coupled with a myriad of comfy blankets and throws to keep you warm at night. There is also a full size pull out sofa for extra seating and extra guests.

Unwind and have a drink at our fully stocked "honor bar", including wine and top shelf liquor, complete with mixers and glassware.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all your kitchen essentials including a full coffee bar, Margarita Machine, and every cooking utensil, spice, pot and pan perfect for cooking meals at home. You have plenty of cooking options including cooking outside on the patio on the new electric grill, or at one of the two full gas grill stations, oversized charcoal grill or the Green Egg all located throughout Bouchelle Island. The pantry is stocked with every essential needed and has room to bring your own.

The airy master suite features a king size bed, smart TV and two relaxing reading nooks. Drift away to sleep every night on a new Stearns & Foster mattress, wrapped in high thread count cotton sheets and upgraded pillows. The master suite also features a large bathroom complete with upgraded fixtures.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with a Tempurpedic mattress cover, high thread count cotton sheets and upgraded pillows. Fall asleep to the peace and quiet of Bouchelle Island or watch your favorite show on Netflix or Prime on your smart television. 2nd full bath with tub/shower located in the hallway off the kitchen.

With all the comforts of home this condo features cable TV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, WiFi, and is Alexa enabled both inside and outside. Clean and airy laundry room with full size washer/dryer, books, board games and all your linens are supplied. Our building is only 2 years old with a large elevator serving the building.

Bouchelle Island is a unique community where guests can enjoy the serenity of the Intracoastal water way. Located only 5 minutes to Ponce Inlet, your access to the Atlantic Ocean, guests will have the best of both worlds. The highlight of this community is the 3,100 foot promenade where dolphin sightings are a regular occurrence. With some of the best amenities around guest will also enjoy an 18-hole chip and putt golf course, two pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, lighted shuffleboard court, fishing-pier, and a 3,000 sqft. clubhouse-activity center.

We are a 1.5 mile walk from the beach or a few minute drive by car. This is a great location within walking distance to 2 famous restaurants; The Garlic and Norwood's. Just down the street are Flagler Ave and Canal Street (both have farmers markets every Saturday) for shopping, Great restaurants, night life and entertainment. Hang out at one of the many sand bars or famous Disappearing Island. There are boats for rent in the area as well as boat and fishing tours. Golf carts are welcome and a great way to get around town! Along the intercostal are many amazing restaurants which are also accessible by vehicle or boat.
