Our stay was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the games. Bedrooms & bathrooms great! Plenty of pool time & beach time. We weren’t able to use tennis court unfortunately, maybe next year. Well stocked kitchen. We hope to use this condo again.

Great stay in Daytona Shores

Everything was as described in the listing. No drive beach was not crowded. The building and unit were well maintained and the unit was especially clean. Owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again.

A little piece of heaven

We stayed for our second year at this condo complex and our family loves it. It is the perfect size to accommodate our family of 6 and is well stocked with toys, board games, as well as pool and beach accessories to keep our whole family entertained. The unit was clean, well stocked and just as advertised. We hope to stay here again next year!

This is a fantastic unit . Well stocked and you can tell it has been updated. I traveled with my brother who uses a wheelchair. The master bathroom shower was perfect for him. There was even a handicap ramp from the pool area to the beach.

A special home made our family time very special

Wonderful! (Even though housekeeping walked in at 8:30 AM before checkout and didn't ring doorbell)

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and huge (even though it was just me and my husband). There were only 2 issues: Housekeeping walked in on us at 8:30 AM before checkout at 10:00. She didn't ring the doorbell or even knock, but just said that "some people leave early". The second issue was not a big deal, but the garbage disposal didn't work (we had put something in it and ended up getting it out with tongs and threw it in the trash).

Couldn’t have asked for more from the hosts - communication was timely, professional,. and to the point. All check in and check out instructions were clear. Great Escape

Condo itself was very nice - roomy (including the three bedrooms) - having the three bathrooms was nice - view of ocean and intracoastal waterways was spectacular - great sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views - pool area very nice as well as exercise room - parking was good (never didn't get a spot to park) - supplies in condo excellent - dishware, glasses, hairdryers, beach chairs/umbrellas - it was a nice feature to be able to just leave our extra food there and there wasn't much we had to do before we left as the maid service was included - overall, a wonderful experience - Julie was very helpful and prompt with her responses to our questions

Everything you want...and More!

Our week in the condo was everything we wanted, and more! The views were spectacular, the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Being in the southern end unit, with the large balcony was such a pleasure. The bonus was watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sun set over the intercoastal at night. Yes, it is magical! The condo felt like home, truly just like home. It had such a welcoming warmth in the furnishings, the amenities provided, the perfectly stocked kitchen and pantry. All we added was the food. How easy is that?? Watching the ocean from the kitchen made preparing meals a pleasure. Each bedroom and bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels, etc. The beds were sooo comfortable; the closets and dressers provided more space than we could possibly need. On top of everything that the condo offers is the excellent care from Julie!!! WOW!! This was after Hurricane Nicole and any concerns we had were addressed before we had a chance to bring them up to Julie. How often does that happen?! Julie is sincerely awesome to work with and we plan on staying at this beautiful condo next year, and the year after that...!

2022 Summer Vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the overall property location. Having stayed at many properties in the Daytona Beach Shores area, I must say, we did enjoy the "no-drive" beach area much better! The pool area was over-crowded most days, but there was plenty of room on the beach! Not sure if the pool just needed updated paint wise, but the clarity of the water seemed to be cloudy and looked like it needed some attention compared to the other pools at the neighboring Condo's. The view from inside and on the balcony were amazing! I would recommend this property as there was plenty room for the eight of us who enjoyed our stay there.
