Awesome direct beach view even from main bedroom. Pictures accurate just know things smaller in person. Another nice touch is kitchen has everything and they include basic toiletries, paper towels etc Our only issue was tv remotes

It was a nice condo. Definitely smaller than it appeared in pictures. The pools were amazing and really enjoyed seeing the ocean from the balcony. We had an issue with our AC one of the days. After a few messages back and forth the owner did get an AC guy out but it was the next day. He just had to change out the thermostat so it was a quick fix that day. There are definitely rules to abide by at the condo, wearing arm bands at all times and you only get two parking passes per condo but we were advised of that ahead of time. It was a nice family oriented place however, not a rowdy place at all.

Vacation

Property was great, from location to town and the beach! Loved the pools and shuffle boards. There was some construction on property grounds and they were redoing a unit above us (but we weren’t in the room alot during the day) The only thing I wish the outside furniture was a little nicer or just some new cushions. Everything went very smooth with checking in and out. Would definitely recommend this property!

On the sea

Property was clean and well stocked with towels, beach toys, and kitchen. The kitchen appliances are dated but all worked well. Beds were all comfortable. The complex is well taken care of and pool was very nice.

What a view!!!

We loved the ocean side deck where the water was so very close and sunrises were right there. Creation’s beauty at it’s finest!! We reached out to Craig a couple times and he promptly answered. The pool was Great and the condo was lovely and very comfortable. Thank you, Craig.Craigvery

Would stay again!

We had a great time, the property is in a Great location and had one of the best stocked Kitchens we have ever had. Pools are amazing, view from the balcony and access to the beach (there was some construction going on due to hurricane damage but signs and easily worked around). Laundry is not coin operated you do have to have the App but was very user friendly. Kids dishes were very nice to have, Nintendo my son thought was a great addition. Everything you could need for the beach and pools is there, plenty of towels for the 3 of us. The playground is not on site, you do have to walk a few blocks. The beds were clean and the place was surface clean, however the corners of the bathrooms had hair in them, under the beds were gross and had peoples leftover socks (we traveled with a 5 year old so he obviously looked). A lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we used them as they had a grease film on them. Communication with Craig was great, he addressed everything very quickly and answered any local questions we had.

Memorial Day holiday

The property was just as described. The amenities were wonderful. We had all that we needed for days at the beach. The pool was wonderful. The property manager was quickly responsive to any questions, and we loved our stay. We would stay here again. It was safe, quiet and very peaceful for our family to enjoy. Lovely property and well maintained.

Right on the ocean with unobstructed view. The kitchen was very well stocked but if you are a big coffee drinker bring a full size pot Front door was temporary and had no sill or proper lock. Master bathroom could use a good cleaning and paint. Place was comfortable and in a great location. Craig was an attentive host

Family vacation

Overall great stay. A few negatives: Room didn’t get very cool - especially in master bedroom, no ceiling fans, and no coffee pot. Positives: room was clean and well stocked. Great ocean view! Owner communicated well. We love NSB!

A Bit of Florida Paradise

Craig and Cara have the perfect set-up for a fantastic Florida beach vacation! The condo has pretty much everything you will need...including sand toys for the kids! We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again.

Our new favorite place!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The balcony was just awesome. Craig did a super job of answering our questions and taking care of us. We loved having coffee to start us on our vacation (and wine too!). Appreciated the labels on the remotes and elsewhere. We would have liked a king bed but competition for condos is tough in this area and we were just happy to sleep with the door open listening to the waves. Restaurants in the area are just wonderful. We enjoyed Norwoods, Aunt Catfish, C’s Waffles (close) for breakfast, Blackbeards, Flagler Tavern, and Boston’s Fish House. We simply did not have a bad meal or service. We hope to be back next year if we can find something in our budget. Oh, and having an assigned parking spot was great.

Nice place but a few issues …

Overall-was a nice vacation but it could have been better if we had access to beach and an accessible sun deck and heated pool-all of which were not working and not mentioned in listing. Luckily-I did inquire about any damage from storm and was told about beach access issue so we were able to adjust our expectations and walk further everyday to get to beach. All other listings for this building do mention this and it should be listed here as well. The best thing about this condo was the balcony-great view but unfortunately at this time of year-couldn’t enjoy it long enough with broken light and darkness by 6 PM. This condo had most of the necessities but did not have more than one kitchen towel and a couple bathroom washcloths. WiFi was really bad for some reason as well. Hope these smaller issues get resolved because in its entirety-it could make a difference for future stays.

You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I have been coming to NSB for several years now. We love the area and Sea Coast Gardens is by far our favorite place to stay! We usually just book whatever room fits our needs for the week and we’ve never stayed in the same room twice (though they’ve all been great), but we will absolutely look at staying in this same condo again next year! The view of the ocean is incredible—we watched dolphins from the balcony everyday, and the sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo is exactly as it’s listed. and it was just as nice in person as it is in pictures! We did not leave the property once we got there and in the 9days we were there there was not one thing we needed that wasn’t in the condo! The master bed was very comfortable and my kids never complained about their beds! The owners of the condo have gone above and beyond to ensure that their guest have a comfortable and relaxing time and the “special touches” were just the cherry on top! I had communication with the owners several times throughout my stay (mainly just me asking questions about the unit and about the area) and they were always quick to respond and never made me feel like I was a bother! The property itself was always kept clean and with there being two pools at the property it never once felt crowded! If you’re on the fence about whether or not to stay here— I wouldn’t hesitate to tell you that you should just go ahead and book it… I don’t think you will be disappointed!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the rental over memorial weekend. The unit was fully stocked, beds and linens were very comfortable and the communication was great for check-in! There is construction going on in the building exterior and the until isn’t completely finished (balcony’s wall area still needs finishing) but it was barely noticeable. The until was tastefully decorated and overall very comfortable. Great stay!

Holiday weekend getaway

Overall we had a great time. There were a few challenges, but the owner was great with communication, very responsive, and we had everything we needed, including many thoughtful extra touches! If I had to suggest anything it would be some extra emphasis should be included in advance about the parking situation. Although it might not be a problem for most people, in our case, we traveled to Florida to visit family. Staying in the condo was my boyfriend and his mom, who lives in FL, about 40 miles away from the condo location. My boyfriend used our rental car during the day to go play golf and his mom brought her car so we could use it to run errands, go shopping, etc. However, there is only 1 parking place available per unit, and it’s assigned. The property management was very diligent about making sure that was adhered to, which is understandable. However, the closest “public” parking was quite far, too far for my boyfriend’s elderly mom to walk. The description does say extra parking is available near the road, but the extra parking is only a few spots and I never saw them actually open the entire visit. We managed to make it work, with my boyfriend parking away from the property and we used the parking pass for his mom’s car. But on the day of checkout, we forgot it was in her car, and the scramble to retrieve it and return it to the condo was a major hassle that resulted in us nearly missing our return flight home. None of this is the fault of the owner of course, I only mention it so future guests can consider this in their planning. Regardless, we would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
