This was our third year to stay in this wonderful house. Very clean, well stocked with all things needed in the beautiful kitchen and baths and bedrooms. Large living area and dining area. Open concept for visiting and four bedrooms for privacy. Conveniently located. Hope to stay again next year.

This was our first trip to Daytona Beach, and I’m so glad we chose it! The house is in a fantastic location—right across the street from the beach with a super easy walk and a lovely walkway leading down. The beach itself was surprisingly quiet, with only a few families scattered along the shore. It felt like our own slice of paradise!Every room in the house was a good size, making it really comfortable for everyone. I stayed in the master bedroom, which faces A1A, and surprisingly had no issues with road noise—super peaceful nights. Plus, having two ways in and out of the property was an unexpected perk that made things extra convenient.The house was absolutely spotless—which says a lot because I’m very particular about cleanliness. Sheila, our host, was amazing—she responded to every question almost instantly and made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay.We picked Daytona this year to avoid the overwhelming crowds and high prices in Destin and Panama City, and it ended up being the perfect decision. We’re seriously impressed and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Definitely a Great Location to enjoy your away time. Came here with my nephews for Biie Week. This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Anything you need is minutes away. Host is always available for any questions via email, text or phone call. Wish we could have stayed longer. If available next year I hope to booked it again.

Daytona 500 Weekend!

The house was perfect and comfortably fit 5 single adults! The location was in a great place across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was responsive and was great to work with.

Back to the Roots vintage race cars

This is our second year and hopefully we will be back next year. We go to the events before the Nascar race in February for the old race cars. There is plenty of room to park our trucks and trailers that we haul our cars on. The house is great for spending time with friends or family. Large kitchen and dining combination great for visiting with each other. Very large living room. Very nice as described. Fantastic location.

Great Location for Daytona Racing!

Nice house with comfortable beds, good wifi, and plenty of room. Great parking for at least 3-4 cars in the rear of the home, plus parking in the front. 15-20 minutes to Daytona Speedway.

Truly a little piece of Heaven on the Miracle mile!

Perfect definition of the idea beach house! Gorgeous, cozy but oh so spacious. Our family of four adults and four children aged 9 to 17, fit more than comfortably! We shared many meals, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen and all the grilling necessities you will need. The large patio was perfect to enjoy much needed relaxation and conversation, while still keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. The pool it's self was an absolute gem and a huge hit for all!! The host has thought of everything from the floats, toys, beach chairs and towels down to the wagon to make the quick trip down across the road to the beach with ease. We were sad to leave, but absolutely look forward to a returning stay again next year!

Great property great house. The air conditioner never really got to 70 but the majority of the house stayed cool. The pool filter went off and i texted on vrbo but no response. Thay have a book with all info on kitchen counter was very helpful. Came back from biardwalk one night and garage door was wideopen never fugured out what that was about but nothing was missing . All in all a great place for what we needed

5 big beautiful stars!!

Our stay here was perfect. By far our best vacation. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and having the pool for the kids was a godsend. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was super easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 reclmmend!

Amazing Location

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect with such close proximity to the beach. The pool was enjoyed by all even though temps were a little lower than we would have liked. The house was exactly as described and very well maintained. Already looking at dates to come back!

Annual father and son trip to the 500.

The house was in a great location and fit our family perfectly. I liked the four bedrooms with king beds(3), great kitchen and a perfect dinning area which became our center for everything. The pool looked great but was too cold to take a swim. We had to extend for one night and the interaction with the owner was very easy and quick. I really love this place and look forward to next year.

Layton Family Racing

The house and the much needed parking for our vintage race cars was perfect. The location was great for all the car events we went to and close to all our favorite places to eat. The house was very well laid out and had nice furnishings and a wonderful well equipped kitchen. We hope to be back next year.
