Everything was Wonderful! The home is gorgeous, the view for sunrises amazing! A Christmas tree with other small details was perfect. My family loved everything but the small showers, but we made do cause we were so happy to be there!

We brought a few of our own decorations for the upstairs living room & downstairs living area.

Just beachy!

This home was just as described. Plenty of space for our family of 11, and as close to the beach as we could get without being on the dunes. We enjoyed the easy beach access and that it was a nice central location between St. Augustine and Daytona. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog along for our trip! There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels available for use, which was very nice.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location was our family of 8 trip. The house had everything we needed plus some. There was enough beach chairs for everyone and large fans in all the rooms( I cant sleep without a fan). The house is in a nice neighborhood to walk or ride bikes in the morning/evening. It is also located right beside beach access. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Great experience. Very clean, lots of amenities. Short walk to an almost deserted beach. We appreciated not having to clean out the refrigerator or strip the beds. We would love to stay again.

Overall a good stay

Pros: - good location to the beach and easy to get to - central location to things to do - house was decent size for all of us - nice views - lots of parking - plenty of beach chairs to take to beach, and other beach items - multiple coffee options - plenty of pots and pans for cooking - good communication from host - towels for each room provided - extra blankets - some cleaning supplies provided Cons: - wifi was not the best. Was able to have 1-2 tvs streaming and 2-3 phones connected, the others were unable to join. - the upstairs couch seemed to be broken - Odd that the w/d was located off the master - pans not the best but at least they were there! - unsure why the thermostat needs to be set to 75

Inspections required for safty (hand rail loose door and windows don't lock or close power socket hanging out of wall) Many cockroaches and spiders found/paint work required for the interior. The cleaners cant clean a badly maintained house housethwholhouse

Overall great beach house for our family!

We had 8 people easily fit and enjoy this house and the rooms and beds worked out perfectly. The house isn't new so there are some issues but nothing that would keep us from renting again - minor things like small showers and lacking in some supplies. These are details I'll mention to the owner because they weren't serious. We did have some communication issues, namely when the house cleaners showed up the first morning we were there asking us when we were checking out because someone else was checking in! We told them we were there for 4 more days and they left and that was the last we heard, but it was a little unnerving. The beach here is perfect, not overrun with spring breakers but enough people to make it interesting. I would definitely recommend this property!

Relaxing beach getaway

We had a great time, sitting on the deck, walking the beach, listening to the waves. Loved the cottage beach vibe with so much space to spread out. Perfect for the dogs too.

Quiet Beachfront House

Overall, a nice experience. The house was in a great location, with easy access to the beach, sunrise views from the deck, and lots of space for our group. And the host is very responsive! Just a few points that need work: the kitchen, though large, had a hodgepodge of cooking equipment that didn't fully serve our needs (pots with no lids, no oven-safe skillet, no tupperware); BYO coffee, tea, condiments, oil, etc; two of the bathrooms didn't have towel racks; sliding doors didn't close all the way; and the wifi was really inadequate for a house that's meant to accommodate so many people. We (group of 5) could not all be logged in at the same time. But, relatively minor hiccups on an otherwise lovely stay.

My husband and I have a large family (5 adult children, plus a couple of spouses and a couple of grandchildren) so it was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It also had a nice gathering space for everyone to eat and socialize. Steps to the beach.

Great location for a quiet get away

We had a great time for our Christmas family gathering. The beach is right outside the door, a fantastic historical park (Washington Oaks) is 1 mile, St Augustine is 40 min. The neighborhood is quiet and the Publix is 5 min away. The house does show signs of wear on the outside, however, the interior is cozy and has a lot of space.

Memorable family reunion at beach house

Beautifully decorated, spacious and airy. Lots of storage for our large group. Well thought out floor plan. Well stocked to get us started enjoying our family time. Conveniently located near grocery store and many fun local activities. Will definitely stay again. The views from the living space is outstanding. The ocean is so close is was mesmerizing to sleep to. The yard is private and landscaping pristine. We even were blessed with a visit from a nesting turtle. I highly recommend this rental.

Mountain Biking weekend

The house was large enough to accommodate our group of eight women. Plenty of bathrooms too. The house is close enough to the Mala Compra trail that we were able to ride our mountain bikes from the house to the Mala Compra trailhead safely. It was great to ride the trails then head straight to the beach. At the house, there was plenty of parking and safe storage for our bikes in the garage. The wifi did not work upon our arrival. We contacted the host and they had it fixed right away. The other issue we had was we were told there were 8 beds but there were only 7. This was a bit frustrating but it didn't ruin our weekend. We had a fantastic weekend.

Location is perfection!

I can not say enough about the location of this property! The view from the house is amazing, the beach is just steps away and so beautiful. It felt so peaceful and secluded being on the private beach with zero crowds. The house fit us all well. Plenty of space. The only issue for us was that the downstairs bedrooms were musty and we weren’t allowed to lower the air so no one could sleep down there. If you don’t suffer from allergies like my family then it might not bother you. If you have more they four people staying bring extra beach chairs. The grill Could use replacing but the nice clean kitchen was more then enough for us to cook our meals. Publix is near by and St.Augustine was a quick 30 min drive to visit. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. We had an amazing stay.

Great Location

It was a good location for us, just wanting to be at the beach. Did not like the bridge toll. Did not like the cockroaches found. Did not like the fridge going out. The coffee pot had an issue and the host took care of that quickly. Host was responsive. The space was perfect for our family.
