What a great condo. The location is an outstanding. Step outside to the beach and only 10 minutes to Daytona Beach. So comfortable and well stocked. The owners were so responsive. Almost immediately. We are going to make this our multiyear rental.

We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the unit overall. There was some exterior construction going on, which did wake us the first morning, but it was a Friday around 9 a.m. and related to improvements on the ocean-facing deck seating areas. Since it’s the off-season, that was understandable.We were especially impressed with how well stocked the unit was. We were in town for the Rolex 24 at Daytona, so we didn’t do much cooking, but everyone commented that if we had, the kitchen amenities would have been more than sufficient. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d be happy to return.

This beautifully decorated condo checked all the boxes for our family. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and beach access was perfect. Grocery store was only .5 mile from the condo which was super convenient. The lay out is great and the owners had a beach supply closet that contained everything you need for a day on the ocean. I would definitely recommend!!

Host was very responsive through the entire process. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo was wonderful. Third floor gave you great views of the beach. You are on a quiet area of the beach with many great restaurants and a great ice cream stand very nearby. A welcoming bottle of wine was there for our enjoyment as well as a Keurig and all the kitchen amenities you could possibly need. A very large kitchen table would be great for large gatherings! Love this building and area as this was our second time renting here.

Wonderful StayEverything was exactly as advertised. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view and the calming sound of the waves. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Was very accurate. No outside grill only electric bbq outside. The condo was very well equipped for cooking and the beach. Communication was good. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers amazing. There were some issues with the lights, slow toilet tanks, WiFi dropping and thermostat not maintaining the temperature, but we notified the owner. I will recommend and will stay again.

Everything was perfect! From A to Z. There was nothing we needed, EVERYTHING was supplied for the beach, cooking and comfort. Vacation was seamless. The balcony was incredible, watched the most beautiful moonrise from it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to do so!!

We have been staying at the Van Lee for over 15 years but this was our second year staying in this unit and we will book it again next year! We have small children from 9 months to 7 years old and this until was so comfortable for us. Plenty of room and having pack and plays, booster chairs, beach towels and other beach supplies just made things so much easier! I can't say enough - thank you for all the pool keys! The food recommendations on the fridge were a nice touch this year. The hosts really pay attention to small details and we couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This is our second time staying in the Van Lee 306! From the first visit I knew I would have a hard time finding any where else to even conpare to how lovely this condo is! Everything is so clean, spacious, fully stocked and decorated beautifully. The hosts really have out done themselves! They are quick to respond, kind and you can tell they really care.. wanting your stay to be perfect in every way! Thank you for another beautiful stay!

Amazing!

My husband, our daughter (17), my parents, and I stayed for a week at this gorgeous (and very clean!) condo. Everything was as described in the listing and there was everything we needed to be able to prepare our meals and eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for all of us, and we appreciated the little touches such as the lighted mirrors, laundry baskets in each room, the availability of bathroom items such as the small shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap (like staying in a hotel but soooo much better!!!), and the closet with supplies for time on the beach. There was a nice selection of games, puzzles, and even a toy box for younger children. It has become a tradition for us to put puzzles together on our beach vacations, and we ended up completing two 1000 piece and a very cool (and rather challenging!) circular wooden turtle puzzle, so we appreciated that game cabinet. Sunrises from this location were directly in front of the balcony, and we were even able to witness a sunrise marriage proposal down on the beach during our final morning there! Communication was excellent and Dawn was extremely responsive to any messages I sent. This property will absolutely not disappoint!!!

Sunrise balcony

Home Away From Home!

This was our first time visiting the Ormond Beach. We were in town for the Daytona 500 and found it to be a great location for getting to and from the race. The condo is as beautiful in person as you see online. So well stocked! You have all the comforts of home. The decor is beautiful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the condo that makes it special. The balcony is very spacious and we viewed many beautiful sunrises. The pool was under construction so we were unable to use the pool area, but the refurbishment of the pool was looking great. We had plenty of chaises and chairs to use in the grass area. Communication with the owner is excellent. This is an excellent rental and if back in the area would definitely rent again. Thank you Michael and Dawn.

Gorgeous Huge Condo with a Fantastic View

Everything about our stay was perfect. The large beautifully decorated condo fit all our needs (6 adults and 2 children). The ocean front view was breathtaking. The condo was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had and was kind enough to give us an early check in. We can’t wait to return!
