Overall, this was a good stay. The room had great views of the ocean and lots of space. The kitchen was well furnished. Pre-visit communication was very good. 3.5 stars overall, but this so easily could have been a higher rating. I'll explain. Walk around barefoot, and your feet are filthy black, floors were a bit sticky too. Upon arrival 4 light bulbs were out in the bedrooms and hallway, they did have replacements there, but that should be taken care of before you arrive, especially considering the cleaning fees you pay. Walls are in need of paint throughout most of the unit too, as some just appear pretty filthy the closer you look. The bed in the master bedroom squeaks a lot as you move around, that's a big no for me as it often wakes up your spouse anytime the other moves. One of the frames in the guest bedrooms needs fixing too. The built in ice-maker in the door of the fridge has substantial mold in the shoot the ice comes out of, gross. Certain things like this made me question how much care was actually given to the unit regularly. They tell you to keep the A/C at 74 degrees, which isn't ideal. Most places on the beach request to leave it at 72 to avoid the unit freezing up. Some of the good: Bath & beach towels are provided (4 small beach towels) Full size fridge, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms.TVs in each room, Wi-Fi available. You are given a garage door remote to park under the building and directions on creating your own code for the door lock to the room. 3.5*

Property was very spacious with a beautiful view. The master bedroom matrress not very comfortable and is really low. Appliances need updated but thats to be expected from a rental but they worked good. Overall it was a very good week everything as stated.

Great place to stay

This was a great spot to stay. It was nice and quiet. The beach was not overcrowded. The only thing to consider is if more than one car in your party, it may be hard to find a parking spot as the lot fills up quickly.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

We loved the condo! It was clean and the view was awesome! The condo is within walking distance to almost anything you would need. There are several security measures in place to help keep you and your family safe.The host was easy to work with and went above and beyond to provide an excellent stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!

Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was perfect! The view was amazing, the location was perfect! The host has great communication and has so many beach things available to use during your stay. No need to bring or buy your own if you don’t already have it! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Experience

Seven of us stayed for six nights. Very spacious and great location. Had one issue that was immediately taken care of. The building itself is very nice with codes for security. Easy in and out of parking garage. Had nice supplies in the condo. Could use some updated furniture, etc. but overall a great stay.

The property was very clean, quiet, and great view. Housekeeper Adele and on site manager Josh were very helpful and efficient. We had a little trouble accessing the condo on our arrival, but much of that was probably our fault. We would rent this unit again.

Electrical issues

Upon arrival we found no power in the master bath. After trying the breaker, which would not hold we contacted the owner. She put us in touch with the property maintenance/manager on site. We found out there was a water leak in the condo above this unit. Water was found in the GFI in the master bath. There was nothing the maintenance person could do. The maintenance person did all he could but it was obviously an electrician was needed to change out GFI receptacle, which was saturated in water. This could’ve easily been changed, but it wasn’t.The large bathroom in the master was one of the features that prompted us to book the unit. We did end up using the hall bath for our 6 day stay with a tub around which we are not accustomed to using . The bathroom was clean. However, the shower curtain liner did have a great deal of mold on the bottom. It should’ve been changed prior to our arrival. The owner did offer us an extra day for the inconvenience, but it was 3:30PM the day prior to our departure and was wasn’t possible.

Beautiful view and ROOMY!

The condo is BEAUTIFUL and right on the beach with the master, living room and dining area facing the beach! The sliding glass doors stretch from the living room to the master. It was awesome to open the sliding glass doors and hear the sound of the waves!!
