This conda was so beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and everything we needed. A big plus was all the labeling in the kitchen so we knew where everything belonged! Hope to come back next year!

This was our second time at this beautiful ocean front property. It is beautifully decorated, but also has such a comfortable feel. The view of the beach and water from the balcony is perfect, you can watch the sun rise every morning. The condo location is great. We will definitely be returning.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condominium was clean and has updated kitchen and bathrooms. This is a corner unit on the top floor so had lots of windows and natural light. The view from the balcony was perfect beach front! Beach access was easy and condo is situated on no drive beach. The host Kay was very responsive and flexible.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as an assortment of seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the spa shower was a really nice bonus! The view from the balcony is beautiful. I appreciated that there are some beach supplies like chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We had an excellent stay. Just a word of warning, when the tide is in, there is no beach to walk on.

This is our 2nd summer staying at this condo and we will be back.... Great condo and an amazing host... We have been coming to New Smyrna for over 20 plus years staying at a friend's condo and they sold it and we had to find a new one. So glad I found this one last year!!

Perfect Vacay!

My husband and I our 3 boys and one of their girlfriends, all in their 20s, had a great time. The condo is beautifully furnished with plenty of room for everyone! Great location, walkable to restaurants, grocery, beach store and ice cream! Great fishing, caught fish right out front of the condo! Pool was never too crowded, water temp amazing! Saw some great storms roll in from the lanai! Couldn’t have asked for anything better, we’ll definitely be back!! Kat

Relaxing Beachside

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. Areas weren't crowded and the property was fairly quiet. The location is perfect for going to attractions in nearby cities. Walking the beach was one of our favorite things.

Great property!

We enjoyed our time at New Smyrna Beach. Supplies were plentiful- lots of bath towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs to use during our stay. The on-site property manager wasn't there when we checked in so we had to ask for the code for pool/beach access later.

Much needed relazarion

I stayed here two years ago and a girlfriend stayed last year, so we decided to do the trip together. Many wonderful renovations like in house laundry were amazing. Loves the open concept. Kay was easy to communicate with. She thought of everything for a relaxing stay. Hoping to be back next year!

As close as you can get to the beach

This rental was everything we could have hoped for and more. The unit was beach front, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and included spices, coffee filters and coffee/tea. We took advantage of the washer and dryer in the unit, and appreciated the beach chairs available for use. Kay was responsive and quickly answered when I messaged her with questions. The location is great. The views from the balcony are amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony one night. Amazing!

Excellent Condo on the beach!

This condo checked all the boxes - nice, clean, updated, all the amenities, fantastic view, heated pool! We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in quite a few different condos in NSB and this is one of the best.

Excellent Stay

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean plenty of room for my family to hang out in well furnished relaxing environment. My Mom and Wife loved the kitchen and just the overall condo environment. Cant say enough nice things about this property. We will be back again !!!!!!

The Cottage By The Sea was perfect for our pre-cruise get together with friends from Ireland. It was immaculate and modern with everything we needed. We loved the location and the views from the balcony were superb. I would definitely go back there again!

Awesome stay!

The Cottage by the Sea was perfect. My family and I had an amazing time, and really appreciated the home being well-stocked. The pics don’t do the Cottage justice! Kay was responsive within minutes and was understanding when my toddler destroyed a glass from the kitchen! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking and every bedroom has ocean views. I could go on and on! Will definitely book again!

Family enjoying NSB

We enjoy the condo and the buildings amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Beds were comfortable. Beach equipment locker is super nice and well equipped. Pool area is great. Having access to a grill on nights we didnt eat out was great to have. Our family really enjoys the peace NSB has to offer in August. We will be back. Thank you for providing access to your beautiful property for us to enjoy.

NSB Family Bacay

The condo was very well decorated and equipped for our group. The balcony ocean view is awesome. The Fourth of July fireworks display was one of the best we’ve seen. The property manager is one of the best we’ve ever experienced in our 30+ years staying in NSB.
