1. The house was clean; kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. 2. Very warm upstairs and there was a note near the thermostat saying not to set it lower than 75 degrees. My son was pretty uncomfortable at night. Thank goodness there was a fan. 3. The lawn guy showed up unannounced on Monday and I was woken up by the sound of the weed eater right outside the bedroom window. On Thursday I saw a man with a net leave the backyard. I assume he was cleaning the hot tub, but he didn’t ring the doorbell first so I’m not sure. If my dog had been in the backyard when these guys showed up, it could’ve been a problem. On Wednesday the exterminator showed up but at least he rang the doorbell to make us aware of his presence. If a property is advertised as pet friendly, the management or the workmen should let the tenants know they are there before going into the fenced yard.

House was super clean and well-maintained. It was totally big enough for the 10 of us, all in comfortable beds. Access to the quiet beach was a quick, 1 minute walk. Communication with owner was great. Overalll, this was the nicest beach house I've ever rented. The only issue at all would be that someone needs to go through the beach equipment in the garage. There was a ton of stuff, but much of it was broken or worn. We ended up buying a beach umbrella. This was a minor inconvenience in an altogether wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this house for any family looking for a quiet beach vacation.

The home was everything it was promised to be. Very nice and excellent water pressure in the showers. Checking in and accessing the house were incredibly easy. The upstairs balcony was especially enjoyable to lay back and gaze at the stars with the sounds of the ocean nearby.

Vacation House

This was our second year staying at this beautiful beach home. We love how close it is to the beach and that there is a fenced in backyard for our little dogs. It would be nice if the showers on the second floor had better shower heads with a detachable shower head included. We love all the room in the house because it doesn’t feel like everyone is all cramped together in one place. We will definitely be back.

Great property

I feel like I should say something negative so it will be easier for me to get the times I want next time I stay here, but I have only good things to report. I use Vrbo frequently and this is the best property I've ever stayed at. The house is just steps from the beach, but it's not a "beach house". It's a house you might find in any nice neighborhood. There's an upstairs balcony that lets you look over the ocean, and an enclosed porch downstairs. Both face east so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. The beach is private so there were never many people out there. The house is clean, and the one problem I had (when a storm knocked out the wi-fi), the owner was very quick to help me get it back online. Again, it was a great place that I hope to visit again.

Exactly as described!!!

The location is perfect - neighborhood beach with no public access. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Everything is clean and it felt just like home. Kids thought we rented a castle

Nice property just steps to the beach

We have stayed a number of times in northeast FL and in the Palm Coast area. We usually rent a home for a month as we did with this property. This one was exceptional. Very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The bedrooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. The property has a full ocean view from the second deck. We liked the fenced in backyard for our dog. The beach entrance was very close and the beach was beautiful. Very quiet area. But close to everything.
