Enjoyed the ocean view and the pool very much. The hot tub was under repair. It was the first weekend that building was open after structural repairs that were ongoing that we had to maneuver around but did not bother our stay. The owner had a resident of the building come up and check on us and to make sure all was ok. We enjoyed our visit to Daytona very much!

Beautiful sunrises!

This was our fifth summer here and we still absolutely love it! It’s perfect for a girls week. The views are breathtaking and we saw lots of dolphin activity which I haven’t seen before. The owner is very prompt in answering messages.

Beautiful view

The condo has such a nice view on the ocean !! We enjoyed our stay .. because of no dishwasher we brought our own paper products to use , we were pleasantly surprised that there were paper products there already !! The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking … Just an FYI , there are no privacy walls on the balcony so you are pretty much sitting with your neighbors lol. We enjoyed the pool, spa and the ping pong table too!!

Great location and view

My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights and found it to be as pictured online. The condo is cozy and was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets together. The location was within walking distance to several great beach side restaurants. The building is older, but the condo was very clean and the air conditioners in both rooms worked very well, which was appreciated after being outside in the humidity. If you are a light sleeper, I do recommend taking a pair of earplugs to sleep with, mostly due to the proximity of the elevator to the bedroom. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We would recommend this rental to anyone traveling solo or as couple.

Beautiful Ocean Views

The condo was perfect for the two of us and it is looked exactly like the VRBO pictures. We welcomed the comfortable king size bed and great hot water pressure in the shower. The LR had a couch and a chair (I am amazed at how many places only give you 1 couch) It also had plenty of outlets for charging our stuff and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware and plates. I am an exceptionally light sleeper, so I appreciated the hosts honesty about street noise levels on the weekend- it was easily handled with earplugs. We would def stay again.

Great Vacation Stay!

The condo was very clean and very nicely outfitted. The direct view from the 6th floor balcony was amazing. Easy check-in process and great communication with Tracy. Delightful and relaxing stay!

Tracy's place was as advertised, very clean, well stocked and a very comfortable bed. The weather was great and even got to have breakfast on the balcony. Communication was great and was flexible so we could check out a little later. We'll definitely will be back.

My vacation

We enjoyed the place. Communication with the owner was kind of odd, he was kind of hesitant to give us info to get into apartment until the almost the last day. The living room heater was not working, they should have checked before renting to see what was workable. It has a fantastic view and apartment had all things needed for a great stay.

Great place

The condo was very clean. Had a little trouble with the security box to get in because we were not used to this kind of box. After getting in it was just what we needed. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Quite. Pool was heated and fantastic. Looking forward to staying next year.

Condo review

Property was nice except for having keys to get into everything. Vending machines did not return money. Rooms were nice but the step over to the balcony was very dangerous. I almost fell several time. No kitchen towels. Great view of beach and pool was very clean. Overall property was very clean. We did not see any one at the property to talk with. Overall rating was a 4.

Très beau séjour à Daytona Beach!

L’emplacement était génial, près de tout et que dire de la vue!!! Juste wow! Nous avons adoré le balcon pour nos petits cafés le matin et notre verre de vin en fin de journée! Le condo a toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le lit est confortable et nous n’avons pas manqué d’ustensiles de cuisine pour nous préparer nos petits déjeuner et nos soupers. Une petite recommandation: nous aurions apprécié avoir des coupes à vin, mais c’est un tout petit détail 😊 Facile de communiquer avec l’hôte qui s’est assurée que nous étions bien. L’arrivée et la sortie très facile et toujours de la place dans le stationnement. Merci à nos hôtes, je recommande cet endroit!!!

Loved this place. Right on the beach. Right above the pool. Exactly as advertised. Incredible view. Lovely space and it was spotless. How you get and keep a beach condo that clean i just dont know.It was well furnished. We slept so well , the bed was divine. Even all the other guest we met in the condo were increibly nice. One of our best vacations ever and you cant beat the price. We kept waiting to be disappointed in something but honestly the place was perfect. Plenty nearby restaurants, if you want to go out or you can stay in and cook or door dash. So many options here. We are definitely coming back.
