It’s approx. 460 sq ft with 1 queen 4 bunkbeds and a pull out couch & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer,. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
