Good afternoon, today I left your property quite upset and unappreciated, to start renting the property on Saturday, September 4 and pay through the Expedia application, when I arrived at the reception I found a quite old man and He told my husband and I that we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be available on his screen, we told him that we had the confirmation number and receipt and he said that we would wait, it happened in great time and we asked to wait in the restaurant that you own because we had hungry and said that we should wait until the cash payment appeared on his screen, at this moment we felt very bad because it was not the way and the welcome to his resort, then when he managed to tell us that everything was correct without apologies they charged us 272 $ of resort fee and deposit, that is, $72 of the 2 days of resort fee plus $1 also and the $200 of deposits for the 2 days that we would be staying. then we continue in the property very nice and new the apartment congratulations for such pleasant comfort that you have in your apartment; On Sunday 05 we went down to the pool and people from the beach entered the property without their respective bracelet, at least one Czech bartender checked the people and immediately asked them to become the property (7) adults. This situation was unpleasant. then at night the smell of marijuana in the lobby and in the bar was quite pronounced it is a shame that such a new and luxurious place is left in ruins due to lack of s

Our room was perfect for us we had an ocean view as well as city view. We also were right at home because it had all the necessities of home a well equipped kitchen as well as laundry to keep everything tidy.

The majority of the staff for the first two days was not friendly, but Caroline and Jamie were extremely nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and very clean.

This resort has been remodeled, so the indoors are clean and all appliances are new. However, it's a bit far from downtown, so you'll need to use a vehicle.

Our stay was great. The suite was Clean, comfortable, and spacious and had pretty much everything we needed.. The front desk staff were all accommodating and friendly. My family will definitely stay again

I think they should have a house keeping service, It is not worth paying > 1700 $ for 4 nights and cleaning your bathroom and emptying trash everyday, where they only give only one trash liner / day and you have to buy your own toilet bowl cleaner. You ask for coffee refills they send you one piece.

Thank you for your review. We operate on a vacation rental platform. If we offer daily housekeeping service, the price will be more. I do apologize that you did not feel that the value was there. You could always ask for more coffee/trash liners. We have them at the desk and do not mind giving extras.

We had amazing time at the resort. I loved that there were options to eat on site, close to the resort but we also had a kitchen in our room which was fantastic. The door to the balcony opened all the way on both sides so it was like opening up wall to an unobstructed view. The staff was friendly and courteous. The game room area was a great place to hang out and just catch a vibe. We will definitely be back!!!

Property is AMAZING! We will definitely stay here again if ever in Daytona Beach. The restaurant/bar on site had a great selection and amazing staff. Front desk was always very courteous & helpful when needed. Room is very modern & up to date, as well as clean!

Our family loves this resort. Staff was very friendly and our rooms were beautiful. The ven bar had great food and drinks, a little pricey but very convienent. Restaurants we loved close by was riptides and hull seafood market. A must try if you stay here.

This hotel is an absolute gem. They have easy access to beach, great room sizes and spectacular views (each room has a washer and dryer!), and super nice entertainment areas. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and accommodate. Even though there is not daily housekeeping service, they provide unlimited supplies of whatever is needed. Our group was celebrating a very special occasion and they all make sure we had a great time. We’ll come back again for sure!

A great trip! The queen bed for our girls (10 & 7) was perfect to share and family room pull out was ideal fod our 11yo boy. Hubs and i had a great master! Both bedrooms had patio access. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful! The staff was amazing from check in to our bar tenders who were always on point and so fun! Will definitely be back again!

The views from our room were absolutely spectacular! We had a room with full views of the ocean. The ease of access to the beach was also great. The dishwasher and laundry were great amenities to have in our room. Unfortunately our dishwasher door seemed to need repairs as it was constantly catching the bottom drawer. Gym was a place I actually wanted to go workout in because the views were also great. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 was the lack of housekeeping for the entire week of our stay. It said we were to have a cleaning at day 5 but did not receive that. Also, our room seemed to be undergoing construction as the ceilings seemed unfinished. Aside from the few minor inconveniences, the service was amazing and I highly recommend staying here. I would certainly go back in a heartbeat.

You do need to contact the Front Desk 24 hrs in advance to request the housekeeping.The ceilings are meant to be like that. It is called Industrial Aesthetic. Thank you for your review! See you again soon!
