We believe that the owner can implement some simple, cost-effective upgrades to enhance the property. Such as new mattresses, TVs, patio chairs the current ones are falling apart. The pull-out sofa is the most uncomfortable thing we have ever experienced. My sister, who lives in Orlando, decided to go home for the night so she could sleep after the first night... The bed in the front room with the dishwasher was that uncomfortable, and it was a full-size not a queen. Hard for two adults to sleep in. The pool is great, but you can see it needs renovation. Overall all we had a nice time and had what we needed. For the price, we expected it to be a bit more kept.

We had a great time at Joe and Mandy’s place. My only complaints were that the floor felt a little dirty, the TVs initially weren’t working and the fridge was leaking BUT Joe got back to me so quickly and they immediately sent maintenance to help. The view was amazing, we got to watch fire works from our balcony. We got to check in early and the process was easy. It was the perfect getaway!

The location and area are beautiful. The room is spaciuos with an incredible view and some updates have been made however poorly maintained. It was disheartening when we arrived to the room that we had to wipe down surfaces and high contact areas due to visible dirt. When you look at a white door around the door knob and see build up black dirt where everyone grabs the door to close it just shows me the cleaning service does not throughly clean the room. Living room table and chairs after wiping down had visible dirt on cloth. Light switches and receptacles had visible dirt on them. Washer and dryers were old and noisy. The dryer in unit B didn't dry correctly. The room didn't give us the comfortably feeling that we expect in a place like this. There was an AC problem but the property manger had that taken care of and we had no problems with that. Great location with great access to the pools and the beach.

We had a great time on our family vacation. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony in the mornings. The rooms were in good condition and the linens were clean. The appliances worked well too. We loved the amenities in the building. The pools and facilies were clean. The location was convenient, with a Starbucks and restaurant/bar on premises. Lots of shoppes and food nearby.. fun to walk on the Boardwalk and quick access to the beach. On the beach there were umbrella/chair rentals, and food trucks. Would definitely stay again! Thank you to the owners for quick communication everytime I contacted them with questions.

We truly enjoyed the property! Great view of the beach and pool. The only thing I would like to recommend is that the sofa mattress be replaced. We had our littles sleeping on it and it’s old and very worn. It was really difficult to sleep on.

The location was lovely. The communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Unfortunately the condo itself is quite worn. The sofa is stained. The appliances are broken. It needs refurbishing. The price was reasonable. The room also has a portable crib, which is not listed in the description.

Balcony is great. Couch needs to be replaced. Neither ice maker worked, plastic ice trays were cracked. Leak under kitchen sink had a pot catching the drip. Promptly fixed when reported, however the towels used to mop up the floor where left in the sink.. Some minor electrical issues. Still, enjoyed the trip. A nice unit that needs some tlc.

We’ve been to Ocean Walk several times over the years and have always had a great time. Having that past experience definitely impacted our most recent one. The property is showing its age and the condo itself is ready for some TLC. The property owners offered excellent communication so, for example, when the A/C wasn’t working, we were able to get it taken care of within a few hours.

This property is really nice. Great location and Wow what an awesome view. There is a game room, mini golf, swimming pools in and outside and a lazy river. Restaurants and light shopping are walking distance. My adult kids had an great time and we did too..Thank you for opening up your lovely home to us and sharing the beach with us. We had an awesome vacation.

This was a nice place to stay. Between the pools and slide, the Lazy River, the children's pool, the hot tub, and of course the Ocean, there was something for everyone in our group. We often cooked to keep things a bit cheaper, but there were places to go out to eat as well. Staff seemed willing to help whenever we asked questions. We did have an issue with the elevator being slow or what not for a few days, but they addressed it. The stairs would have worked except my sister couldn't walk due to surgery and needed the elevators and ramps. We always found something to help her get around too, so that was nice. It was handicapped accessible.

Overall the stay was nice. We had some issues with one of the dryers. We found that the vent was painted shut. When checking in we stood in line and then was told we needed to go to another desk to check in. Nothing negative, just a few hiccups. The condo was as advertised and we had a wonderful week.

Amazing My four adult children (18-31) and four grandchildren (3-13) stayed here for one full week. We had a great time enjoying the resort activities from free kids crafts, the pools to the dialing pianos in the lobby. The resort allowed us to bring our own beverages and snacks to the pool and lobby so that allowed us to have more money for other things. The condo is direct beach front we were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim😉The public bandshell is located right beside the balcony and there were free concerts while we were there. We were able to sit on the balcony and listen to music. The pier is within walking distance and one evening they shot fireworks off and again we watched from our balcony. The location is right on the boardwalk which made it convenient to walk to local shops and restaurants.We had minor issues that the management always responded quickly and resolved any concerns brought to their attention. We will definitely book this condo in the future. Great memories were made - thank you for sharing your condo with my family
