Perfect views

We recently spent 35 days enjoying the comfortable and relaxing accommodations at Sundance. It was the perfect location to view the morning sunrises over the Atlantic and a short drive to the park for beautiful sunsets from the Halifax River. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. The host, Kari was very prompt about replying to any questions. We already rebooked and can't wait to return

We got there and left after finding another condo. The condo itself was very nice, the complex was not. The pool was small the beach access closest to us was closed and we weren't notified until right before check-in. Big heads up...the road you have to cross is AIA, VERY busy and cars are going fast.

Loved waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean,. This condo has an excellent view of the ocean, and great beach access. Nice layout and well furnished. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Amazing views

Beautiful condo with even more beautiful views. The condo is decorated very comfortable and beds slept well. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Beach and pool were rarely busy.

Perfect place for the price

We have rented many nice places in Ormond, but this Apartment has the most wonderful views! We stayed for 2 1/2 months and we enjoyed seeing Whales and the Ocean views everywhere!! The owner Kari Palmer is the hest! You will love your stay here. Tons of memories, ckean and easy to settle in I will miss this home away from home! Thanks so much!

Great condo, location, and beach.

Great condo with everything needed for a relaxing, fun stay. Great location across the street from the beach with fantastic views from every room. Close to stores and restaurants. Beach was never crowded. Very nice place to get away!

Excellent location

Had a wonderful week staying at this property. Location and views out the windows were breathtaking! Private beach right out the door (across the street) was a huge plus! Close to so many activities in the area. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the floors, esp under the dining table and some of the cooking untensils in the kitchen. After mopping the floors 3 times, our feet stopped getting dirty. Other than that, I would love to return here for another vacation!!

Just LOVED it!

The first impression, besides the beautiful view, was how fresh and clean the condo was! We met the housekeeper on our way out, and she was so very friendly and did a super job! The condo was well-furnished with all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the well-furnished kitchen as well as the fantastic TV area. Our communication with the owner was top-notch! We will definitely recommend it to others! Thank you so much!!!

Great location

Great location across from the ocean. We were able to see the sunrise through the picture window. It’s a 2nd floor unit, but there is an elevator available. The garage kept our vehicle cool. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable. I traveled with my mom who is 82 years old and we had a wonderful time. My mom use to live nearby in Ormond Beach. Thank you for opening your beach house up to us!

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. This part of Ormond exceeds others because no cars can drive on the beach. The view was amazing and the easy access to both the pool and the beach was great. I would recommend the Sundance to those looking for convenience!

Great condo and location

This condo was exactly as it was described. Very clean, plenty of room, comfy beds, and the location was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool which we had by ourselves most of the time. Very quite complex. Would definitely recommend for family vacation.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The living room has a stunning view of the ocean. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The beach is right across the road and only takes about two minutes to reach (with a 3 and 5 year old). We would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

This property is great for families. I like to stay in this area because the beach is private and less crowded. It’s also a short drive to the action and lots of activities. This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the space is very open and roomy for our family of four. I also thought the furniture was extremely comfortable in the living room and master bedroom. The kids loved the bunk beds and having there own TV in there room. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again!

Excellent location, great price, condo was beautiful, bedrooms were ok though.

Overall, we were quite happy with our stay and being able to see the sunrise over the ocean straight from the windows and balcony was amazing. Ocean was literally across the street and pool needed some work but I didn't mind skimming it. The living room and kitchen were wide open and welcoming, we felt right at home pretty quickly. We loved the large kitchen table and TV for playing games and movies. Only downfall we had when we arrived, was a couple bugs in the top bunk bed but we had our boys sleep in the bottom only, so not a big issue. Some of the lights were out and we were told it was a closed garage area but wasn't there, we should've been informed before arriving. I didn't want to get charged if owners items were stolen. But overall, we would totally come back and bring a few extra items, like a pizza pan and towels! :)
